Pros : near major establishments like ATMs, remittance centers, souvenir shops, restaurants, island hopping boats. Staff are always helpful. Free drinking water Clean room and bathroom Cons : I booked this property because of the reviews I have read of their 'good breakfast' because I was travelling with my kids. I dunno, but their pancakes texture are like 'rubbery'.it's hard to swallow and doesnt even taste special. On the first morning, we ordered rice with egg and bacon but to our surprise, the bacon was already mixed in the scrambled egg Lol!! But infairness on the second day, we ordered the one with ham and rice, the portion was enough and they served it with watermelon. Their restaurant has no view..Most of the resorts and restaurants have view on the beach or the rock formation. But here, you only see walls.

We stayed here for two nights! It's really nice in here. They provide delicious breakfast. The budget friendly rooms were worth it even without air condition. They also packed our breakfast cause we have to leave early morning. And yes they did. Staff were so nice :) I'll be back here someday! It is also near a bank so you will not worry if you're short in money.

i had a 2 bed fan room, small but adequate. Great free breakfast, and the restaurant food was the cheapest good food I found. Nice atmosphere and location. No free water, bad wifi (same as most of el nido though), tiny shared bathroom. I would definitely go back for the price and food.

Was good, we stayed in a 2 bed room which was fairly clean and had an attached bathroom, there was 3 of us in the room so we also made use of the outdoor showers which were nice. Was pretty much what we paid for, was cheap. Breakfast was included which was good, just an average breakfast. Overall would recommend, was in a good location on a back street so wasn't too noisy.

If you are worried about your budget, it's now worry no more cause Austrias place has a good and cheaper price. You can avail as low as 400 per person with breakfast. I have many guest who booked and I always recommend this place for all backpackers or budget Travellers. It's just so near in the beach bank and other stablishments. In fact this is just a walking distance in my place where you can find FRANCIS TRAVEL AND TOURS so much time to save so convenient to all.

Room:Too small-made of wood-noise outside and the other room can be heard. Tragic night. Toilet: Dirty/No regular maintenance-with Blood stains; Door knob-not working;Im taking a bath and someone opened the door. Peacefulness-Not quite at night-they cannot push thru their rules.

We stayed in a family room for two nights. The surroundings of the place were average, not very lovely in ambiance. But this was understandable because it was a budget hotel. It wasn't located in front of the oceanfront but it was a short walk from the shore. The room was not favorable. The sheets were still slightly wet and the towels were clearly old and have been used and washed again and again. There was dripping water from the ceiling every time it rained hard. There were no free toiletries given. However, their breakfast was satisfying, especially when we ate banana pancakes. There were plenty of options to choose from and their food presentation was great. The staff were alright and somewhat accommodating. One even helped a foreigner to his room when he was a little drunk. They also were very helpful with getting tricycles for our trip to Nacpan Beach and looking after our things when we left them. The location of the place was somewhat good, because it was near plenty of restaurants and shops that we could just walk a mile instead of riding tricycles. The place was more or less okay. But I wouldn't stay there again unless for the sweet breakfast experience. If you ever have a tight budget however, this is the place for you.

I stayed 2 nights. 500p/ night eith breakfast included. I stayed in a 10 people dorm. The good point is you have your privacy as bed are separated with curtains, you got your own plug and light too. But indeed, sheets were quite dirty and bathrooms are terrible. Don't expect too much. Staff friendly.

We slept in a 10 beds dorms: that was blood on the sheets, cockroachs on the floor, the water was brown so we were not able to take our shower, it was dirty, we took power juice when we turned on the light, the staff is unkindly and so on... we slept 1 night instead of 2. For 500pesos a night, you can find better !
