WORST HOTEL EVER!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! * NOBLE PARK HOTEL @ HK * Upon entering the room, I was immediately disgusted by what I saw. The bedding remained unchanged, and the room was damp and covered in stains. The walls were damaged, and the carpets were in poor condition. To make matters worse, the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, with hair and gum littering the floor. The entire experience made me feel sick and uncomfortable. Despite my request to change rooms, the receptionist claimed it wasn't possible but offered to clean my current room and bedding. However, they only changed the bed sheets, neglecting to clean the dust, hair, and gum. The hotel was a complete disappointment and not worth the money. It ruined my trip to Hong Kong, and I couldn't bear to stay another night. Despite booking for two nights, we left early because we felt disgusted and itchy throughout the night.

The female receptionist was disgustingly rude. As my name was not properly on the system, she just walked off after photocopying my ID without giving any further advise or explanation. Understandably, I wanted to get that photocopied ID back and she just screamed that there was another document attached behind it instead of nicely explaining and in a scuffle as I was just wanting to get back my ID copy, she scratched me.

We have been there from 13-16 June 2019. 2 out of the 3 days the air conditioning was broken. The engineer tried to fixed but broken again. It was so uncomfortable and we have to open the door to get the fresh air from the hall way. We sent e-mail twice to complain about it. Sadly they had no reply or show no responsibility.

The location was great, surrounded by eateries, shops and the MTR within a stone's throw away.Room was a bit small, even for 2 persons but I understand the constraint. I stayed there for 4 days and I felt that the cleaning could be improved. The last straw was our beds were not even made on the 3rd day. I am not sure if they cleaned the room at all?? Counter staff was friendly and helpful.

Family rooms were located at the second floor. The room had four single rooms and was spacious. It could do with a wardrobe (instead of hangers) and larger tables. The wifi connection was strong and the hotel was located between Jordan and Yau Ma Tai MTR stations, making it very convenient. The express bus A21 also makes a stop right outside the hotel, providing accessibility to the airport.

I needed a daytime hotel for a 20 hour stopover in Hong Kong and was very excited to see the offer of Noble Park hotel, which had a very decent rate and is in a very central location close to a metro station. I figured I could book the room for 6 hours to get a shower and some sleep before venturing into town on my layover. Note that day-use isn't advertised on their website, you'll have to use a different booking website for this. I contacted the hotel prior to my visit to ensure the reservation would be honored and they very promptly replied. Great service! The hotel might be a bit hard to locate as it's not directly on a main street; you're best to figure out directions before you get there. Check-in was efficient and staff friendly. The room itself was clean, but as expected quite tiny. It didn't matter for my purpose, but I can imagine it might not be for everyone if you've got bigger pieces of luggage with you: make sure to check if they have bigger rooms. The bathroom was clean but also incredibly tiny. So tiny you couldn't sit straight on the toilet! Beware! While I managed to get some decent sleep, it's worth noting that the curtains don't fully block out light, which made sleeping during the day quite hard. As mentioned before, the hotel is located very close to a metro station which will allow you to explore the city or get there from the airport (you'll need to change lines twice though). Overall the hotel was adequate and good value for my stopover stay. I'd happily use it again.

Stayed here twice to book end my Asia trip. Decent size rooms, looks newly renovated. Good bathroom size and layout where unlike most hotels in Hong Kong, the shower is not above the toilet. Good air conditioning system, without it you can’t have a good night sleep. This hotel is in a great location. Take the subway to get across Nathan Road and you’re in the Temple Street Market neighbourhood. Great for shopping and lot’s of places to eat. Jordan MTR station is just a block away and close to both A21 and A22 bus stops for Airport access. Easy access to different parts of the city. Very good hotel in a very convenient location, great value. I’ll definitely stay here again my next time through Hong Kong.

We stayed here for a week, it is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The room is so tiny, we couldn't hardly move with our 2 big luggage, I know HK hotels are small, but this is ridiculous. You could hit your head on the wall when on the toilet. The bed was so uncomfortable, I had a sore back after 2 nights. There is no kettle in the room and you have to go outside to get the cold and hot water from the machine next to the lifts. The only good thing is the location right next to Nathan Rd, close to shopping and restaurants. I will never book here again.

Location is good.It is very close to airport bus stop A21 and very close to Jordon Station.Staff provides a mobile phone with internet access, which is very useful when exploring Hong Kong. You can get drinking water via the water dispenser outside the room.
