Dareyn Hotel, opened in 2011, is a special design hotel in the Old City. The hotel doesn't sell or serve alcohol. The city center of Fatih, a very important area of the old city, is just outside of the hotel. Yet we promise you quiet at the evenings. Every part of the hotel is furnished with high quality and care, for comfort and luxury. Most of the highlights of the old city, such as Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque are within a reasonable and pleasant walking distance.

I stayed in this so called 4* hotel The welcome was nice and friendly But when I went up to the room I had the shock of my life I’m a big guy and 183cm height, if I open my arms I will touch both sides of the room! Now let’s start with what I have found TV Remote not working (have a look at the pic) so if you want to switch on/off the TV you have to stand up from your bed and manually do that. Toilet light switch not working The main door is not safe (look at the pic) Breakfast was nothing few toxic drinks and 5 type of cheese, the egg stank and didn’t taste good at all. Fruits were so old and uneatable. Bread was so hard, we are turkey for god sake the country of bakeries. If I’ll compare it to another 1-2 stars hotels they serve better breakfast than this hotel. Price was not cheap for the room I book It was full of dust, Toilet was clean though mattress is 150 years old that u could hear the squeezing noise of the springs. I don’t advise you at all to stay there. I’m sorry but this is my experience there

Situated close to Fateh and perfect location for shopping. Rooms are clean although small. Breakfast is poor. Staff are friendly except for the reception guy. He doesn't have a way of speaking at all. A guy that can put you off staying there again.

Stayed here twice for short trips through Istanbul. Quiet, clean and with very good staff. It is not in the tourist centre of Istanbul. It is in a bustling "local" neighbourhood (quite near a busy street) but the hotel itself is quiet and the area feels very safe. There were good restaurants nearby (all of them alcohol-free).

it is a kind off small hotel, but friendly and the employees are so nice, that you fell that you are at home. the neighborhood is great place for shopping it need 15 min. walking to reach Historia mall. also Fatih street is full with other shops where you can find good quality at good price.also the hotel is kind off near two train station. Comfortable rooms and modern equipment. the hotel is perfect for young people or couple without children I highly recommend this hotel. In my next trip to Turkey I wish to stay there

This place was great. The historic Fatih neighbourhood is centrally located. Just tucked around the corner from the main street and a block away from one of Istanbul's main arteries; only a ten minute walk to the Aksaray metro station and that can get you anywhere you want to go. The hotel has a very modern, luxurious feel to it from the architecture to the staff to the amenities. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard but the help, once again, was exceptional. Look for Ali, he is more than willing to please! This hotel was so good that I just have to recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel in Istanbul. As for myself, I hope my travels lead me there again someday.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and loved it. It is located in a neighborhood that is active during the day but refreshingly quiet at night. The staff was a highlight to me and my friends. They were always smiling and was eager to help us in any way they could. The rooms are nice and clean with plenty of space. This is a great hotel and I would stay there again!

Bit out of the famous tourist areas, but still very convenient located to visit Istanbul. It's only 10-15 minutes to the nearest tram station (Aksaray) and close to the Fatih Mosque. It's a 4-floor hotel with 20 airconditioned rooms and they serve an excellent breakfast from 7:30 till 10:30. A Luggage storage room is available in case your return flight is later than check-out time. There is a nice small outside terrace available as well, but surrounded by buildings. Staff is very helpfull and eager to support you in having a great time in Istanbul, although sometimes English is a bit of an issue.
