If you’re looking for a comfy bed and hot shower with a basic breakfast this place is ideal. Quite central only a few minutes from the city centre. Staff speak basic English and are quite helpful. On the other hand, unfortunately coffee was not good.

We visited that hotel in 2012. It was through voucher therefore price was even better than we booked the hotel by normal way. We enjoyed dinners in lovely summer garden the most. Krakow is beautiful city which offers plenty of oportunities what to do and what to see. We could afford more since the prices are pretty less than in other Europe's big cities.

Small and pleasant hotel. Very good for groups. The location far from city center is the problem. you need a cab to get to all attractions of Krakow. The staff is very friendly, The kitchen makes great food. Rooms are comfortable but very basic.

The hotel itself is located far from the city centre, but there are regular buses which take you in around 10-15 min to the Old city centre or Galeria Krakowska/ train station. The staff were attentive and polite. A minor problem with electronic key was solved in seconds! There are bus numbers and hotel directions memos on small paper notes available at the reception so you won't get lost and always know which bus to take. Transport is good and convenient in Krakow, so the distance was no problem at all for us. We enjoyed the cosy clean rooms and it was quiet, too. Wifi was fast and free. Breakfast - good, with enough options to choose from and quickly refilled dishes. Hotel's warm atmosphere made our weekend really enjoyable.

Last New Year me and my boyfrend were in Krakow, in this hotel. It's in the middle of nowhere, but doesn't matter... It would be good that you, in the middle od winter, have heating, isn't it? But nothing! And the hot water in the shower? Again nothing! Breakfast was good, but that's all! It's better not to go there, you have a lot of better hotels in Krakow (for the same price)...

The hotel in itself is great, the staff where extremely pleasant saving my awful Polish with their perfect English and very helpful with directions. Our room was large, modern and absolutely spotless with a large bathroom. The hotel food was very limited particularly for a vegetarian and not particularly appetising for my meat eating partner however everything else about the hotel amenities was faultless. The only massive downside is the location, pretty useless unless you have a car or don't mind shelling out for constant taxis. There isn't really much nearby within walking distance except residential areas and a (very small) tesco but even that is a good walking distance away.

We spent nice weekend in this hotel, the food was quite good and the room was clean, silent and comfortable but the only "minus" was the location - far away from the centre or bus and railway station.

Dears, Please avoid this misserable hotel in Krakow. Service staff cannot prepare electronioc key and you have many visitors knocking your door in the midde of a night. The receptionist cannot speak English in a normay way and picking up a phone like 30 years ago in communist time. The price is high comparing other hotels and location is not attracive. People visiting Krakow duing Euro 2012 will be traveling 1, 5 hour to market square using public transportation.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights together with my wife and daughter. It´s a three star hotel good enough if you are going to visit Krakow. The location is only 10-12 minutes by bus outside the city centrum. From the hotel I will remember superb cleanliness and mediocre breakfast. What I did not like about the hotel, was their way of earning extra money on transfer and taxi. When we arrived we paid the hotel 100 zl for a private transfer between the airport and the hotel (twice the cost of a taxi). The driver was the brother of the hotel manager and drove an old and dirty car. The day before departure we asked for a taxi insted of transfer arranged by the hotel. Next day the reception asked for another 100 zl - but again I told them that I wanted an ordinary taxi. When the taxi came outside the hotel the hotel manager went out to talk to the driver. Nothing unusual about that, but when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver wanted 20 zl extra because of the hotel. Not a lot of money for me but I find it really disrespectful and dishonest. Due this I can´t recommend this hotel to anyone who value honesty.
