Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

The fact that the hotel promotes itself as a four star hotel makes me rate the hotel lower Hotel room clean, but smelled quite strongly of something undefined chemical Curtains have been torn and badly repaired We stayed for two nights, but saw no attempt to clean the room second day Reception staff giving an attitude whenever we contacted them No WiFi in the room. When we complained we were asked to contact IT next day. After waiting over a hour he came. The result was him placing a mini router in the room In the booking it stated parking was available. Well - it existed, but was full. Luckily enough it was parking available not to far away from the hotel Finally - breakfast ok, but nothing more. Included dinner was really basic - we only tried one of the days Best hotel improvement potentials are focus on the customers - smile instead of giving an attitude + acknowledge at until things change, this is not a four star hotel

Firstly, Let’s start with advantages: *delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Quite a broad variery of food you can chose from. Sweet and high quality of fruits! *very big kids club we could spend a lot of time with our daughter. Animations for children and adults 3times a day! *clean and big swimming pool with space for small children *the room itself was spacious and clean And disadvantages: *no air conditioning in rooms...which made it difficult to sleep *we had a room next to the hotel cafe and it was so noisy in the late evenings...lodu music around 10pm *uncomfortable beds

Dont you ever believe the internet pages. Offered 4 stars hotel is the second part of the building, 3rd bed is not a full bed but foldable armchair. Confirmed room up to 3rd floor after ordering and pre payment, actual floor - 6th. Disaster for those who are afraid of heights. Impossible to solve the claim at the reception. You had to pay full price at check in, no possibility to see the room before. General magical answer - we are full, I.e. You can sleep on street, if you don t like. Don t believe I got the service Í had ordered and paid. Quite horrible parking, hotel has only expensive garage (could not park with CNG car there)otherwise you are in hands of municipal or private parkplaces owners surrounding the hotel. No promissed welcome drink, our s on looked forward so much for it. On the other hand - the hotel is Quite clean, rich and tasty breakfast and Summer.

What can I say? Arrived at 9pm to find our room not ready. Breakfast is a shoddy affair, with a poor selection. Was left standing with a baby as the staff didn't want to get involved, very poor organisation. There are 2 lifts, which is not enough for the amount of guests. This, in no way, represents 4 star. Stay somewhere else.

I went there to spend a weekend with my family and we were satisfied with the standard and the service provided at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. We had our own balcony, but unfortunately no sea view. The only problem I have notice was the lack of proper care and maintenance. Some lamps and sockets would need fixing, and during our stay a decorative frame around the door just fell off the wall by itself. When we went to the swimming pool there was a bit of rust on some metal elements in the bathroom there. All in all the place looks better on the inside than on the outside and the things I’ve noticed didn’t take away from the overall good experience. I would recommend a stay at the hotel. One additional note- don’t go to the hotel restaurants (esp. Riccardo) they are expensive and rather mediocre.

We were there for 3 nights. The worst was the service - towels on the floor means, that service personnel has to renew them and not to put them back to the rack simply. The pool area is not very clean, too. Also the service personnel at the pool is not very friendly. The hotel is a good walk away from shops and supermarkets. We did the mistake to have a dinner at tge hotels restaurant...it was too expensive and really the worst food, that I have ever been eating in my whole life. For sure, we will book another hotel for the next journey.

Excellent hotel, really well priced, modern and great location. Location is 5 mins to beach, 15 mins to town centre and 15mins to molo / harbour. Hotel parking is 20zl / night or free (council) car park next door or free off road parking across the street. Hotel is modern and has everything a tourist would reasonably need for 3-4 days. Breakfast excellent, buffet evening meal excellent, spa facilities on site and a really first class pool / sauna area. The rooms were modern and clean and we had 4th floor balcony and great views. The sauna area is slightly separate from pool and has Finnish sauna, steam room and infa-red sauna and 2 showers and big freezing water bucket. German guests tended to use this area naked, although Polish guests tended to wear swimming costumes. (Some signs would have been appreciated to stop embarrassment) Embrace life I say and go for it - naked was actually much better! - 2 Polish men jabbering loudly in the saunas were very annoying but I feel this was through not being aware of etiquette (again a few signs telling people it was a relaxing area would have been good) 2 jacuzzis and a large pool completed the area and it was definately the major plus of the hotel. I have spent double the amount of money on hotels and not had anything as nice as this. Definately would return to this hotel and would highly recommend- however I doubt I would return to Kolobzeg as it is a mainly German resort and the town seems more geared towards their tastes and limited English spoken.

Excellent SPA facilities and very near the beach. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Maybe important to some of you: in the sauna area most of the people take their clothes off so if you are shy please prepare. :-)
