I came with my family now in January 2024. Apart from good trails, nothing else works. The hotel with its service is a disaster and essentially robs its guests. Breakfast food is poor. Eggs when they are on offer may be able to get the first 10 guests. There is no fruit for breakfast, and neither are the other usual provisions that I have encountered in hotels in poorer countries. Dinner is also modest (I will post photos) and would be insufficient for children in kindergarten. The organization in the restaurant during both breakfast and dinner is catastrophic - you have to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes, and at the same time plates, glasses and cutlery are often missing. Never here again - I was cheated and wasted money - luckily, I looked at some of the reviews that were honestly written here from a few years ago - nothing has changed as far as I can see! Please bypass this hotel in a wide arc!!

Masacre! I've never experienced such intolerance and hatered before! The 'so called ' room service is a disaster, waiters cheat about drinks, payment and most of all are very unpleasant ! My advice - stay away from this place , especcially when you travel with children!

Great for family ski trip. Lots of kids in the hotel. Pool is very small. Prices are low which is excellent. Very close to Costa ski lift. In ski rent you get discount if you are a guest of this hotel. Breakfast is swedish table so you can choose for yourself what you will eat and how much. Choise is very good. European food

Line for the salad and finger food is a mile long.. Portions are very small. Breakfast- same, 1hour to serve all the guests.. YOU have a choice of salami, cheese, brioche, and cerials.. No fruit, no eggs.. Very very poor..

The hotel has a great location, and this is about all that is positive. Rooms- basic and so small that you can hardly fit your luggage. Food- well, dinner is from 7.30 till 8.30 pm. In 1 hour they serve all the hundreds of hotel guests; but first, you have to wait in line for salad, again, the whole bunch of hungry hotel guests. Breakfast- same, 1hour for it; very basic; no hot milk for the kids, so they occupy the coffee machine with all the hotel guests, to get some warm milk for their cereals. The waiters are nice; but not in the bar; they really make you want to run! So therefore, the management could solve all this easily.

Room was for 4 persons, and rather small (one bed for 2 persons and one bunk bed). Bank bed was not very stable, so we put a matress on the floor not to risk any falls during the night. Heating was on couple of times per day, not all the time and it could not be adjusted. Cleaness was average. Now the things I loved there: there is a pool, kids loved it even though water and pool area should be better heated, they offer a open air jaccuzzi with mountain view and that's cool. Sauna as well. Also, during the monring and afternoons and evenings there is planty of fun for kids (mini disco, drawing, cartoons...). The best thing wwre dinners, tasty Italian cuisine and affordable prices of drinks. That we have enjoyed the most.

We went to this establishment for skiing week in Folgaria. The hotel is three star which in Italy (as opposed to Austria or Switzerland) is more likely two stars. Initially, as a family of four, we were accommodated in small room. My children where supposed to sleep in bunk bed in a very very cramped space. The bunk bed itself did not look safe and I intervened with receptionist demanding more proper accommodation, and another double bedroom room was offered for 120 EUR / week cost which I considered to be good value. They have very strange policy when it comes heating cause they let it only two or three times a day, so you could find yourself showering in very chilling bathroom. Other thing is towel policy, for which they claim eco-approach. But it happened to us that we find out our room being prepared in morning with absolutely none towels being left, and there is no place to complain as reception desk tends to be unattended frequently. All in all hotel does not leave tidy impression as you can see dust flakes everywhere. By the way they don’t provide bath towels in pool (“bring it from your room!!”), and young pool attendant should be more polite and customer oriented. There are though some good features such as very convenient ski deposit on slope and affordable prices in hotel bar. Best thing was dinner. The taste and execution of food could match Gambero Rosso guide criteria.
