The exit where my room was located the Fire Exit from the building was lock so you can not exit to your car parked on the otherwise. You can enter but due to defective locks you can not exit. The front desk said place a rock in the door that pops out anytime someone uses the door! Hotel does not care. Bonus the room comes with pet cockroachs. Breakfast was cold all 4 days cold eggs, raw Potatoes, and cold links. Front desk person does not care at all. She did call the manager that agreed they would not fix the door. Next to contact the fire Marshall here's hoping they care!! Good luck with this mess!!

Room was clean and comfortable, nicely remodeled. New carpet and furniture. Bed was comfortable, no lumps or valleys. The bathroom door was very difficult to close the last inch. Could hear kids in hall and 2 rooms down clearly so not much sound insulation. Nice, but limited breakfast. A good value, would stay here again. EV chargers ( which is why I picked this hotel) were blocked, as they invite their choice members to park in the charger spots which makes no sense.

My partner and I went to the hotel and when we checked in on September 29th after having set a reservation a week or two prior, the receptionist said that we couldn’t get a room if we weren’t over the age of twenty one. We looked at their official site, the third-party website, and our confirmation email because they all had told us eighteen was the minimum age for check-in (Mind you we are 19 years of age). It took my partner calling their dad to get the lady at the desk to call her manager to see if we were allowed into our room that we pre-payed for and reserved. After we were cleared for the room, she seemed to be really judge-mental any time we saw her after that. When we went swimming that night, there were two kids that were diving into the pool, but after we got in, they moved to diving into the hot tub. We got into the hot tub after which made them switch to diving in the pool from the stairs. We tried to go back after our daytime for the second night and we tried our keys to realize they didn’t work. We hiked to the front and tried our room to no avail. So we had to go to the front desk to get them redone, thankfully the man there was very fast and kind about the situation. Not to mention the latches on the doors were very wonky and tended to not work especially the one to the connecting room. I can say we won’t be staying there again.

We had a reservation booked over 2 weeks in advance, and when we came in she said she couldn't check us in because we aren't 21 (Mind you we are both 19 years old, and checked both the official website and other sites to clarify before booking) It was not until we called a family member and called her back that she called her manager, seemed to have a heated discussion, and said yes she could check us in. She went on about how she had messed up in the past with this, and that’s a majority of why she didn’t let us in even with my ID and Credit card. The entire time of this situation we were glared at, aggressively talked to, and felt very judged/unwelcome. We got settled and realized the room wasn’t in top shape, (but obviously we paid for cheap which is not a big deal) But the door to the connecting room was broken (we only got one room, so if they unlocked it on their side they would've had full access to our room). We decided to go and check out what time the free breakfast would be (nowhere listed in the room itself) and got a glare and huff the minute we came out in Pajamas (both full pajamas/long/pants etc), and stared at by the same receptionist. Thankfully she was the only rude one, everyone else was kind, but that made the experience awful. Not to mention we had 2 nights reserved, we came back for our second night and our key cards didn’t work whatsoever. We ended up hiking to the front to get them fixed, which ended up fine due to the man at the counter being very nice. Lastly they specifically (and the first receptionist who was rude emphasized this to us) there was no smoking (we both don’t smoke and are allergic). Yet on our last day there we smelled a heavy weed smell and nic smoke. We left shortly after since it was checkout time anyways.

We stay at a lot of Quality Inns, so this is not someone just being a hotel snob. The hotel rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. What was lacking was the staff. We were with a group that was supposed to get a block rate. The group was having trouble making reservations, so we were told to just make them any way we could and it would be resolved on check in. The person that checked us in said he couldn't change the rate...that we needed to talk to the manager, who was out with COVID. When I finally talked to him 2 weeks later, he argued about why I didn't get the rate and blamed it on how I booked. He wouldn't even consider what I was saying. Also, the morning we checked out, the desk person was in the pool area on her phone and the hotel phone was ringing off the hook. She only came to help me when I saw her sitting there. And to top it off, that morning their not-so-great breakfast also didn't have any coffee. I mean, what hotel doesn't have coffee with their complimentary breakfast? Many other choices choices of hotels close to that location that were better and cheaper! Stay there!

Quick review of my stay - Hotel workers appear to be of all the same family and can barely speak english- all of them. Was greeted at Check in rudely by a gentleman, very confrontational, pushy, and lacking common sense. Was told rudely that the pool was closing and 1 minute extra was not allowed, however next night people are swimming much past closing. 1 night food was not allowed in the pool area for my family and I, the next night pizza and beer were allowed for other families (being eaten in the hot tub none the less) . House keeping is pushy and enter rooms whether there is a do not disturb sign on or not. They just walk right in without a knock. Things were taken from our room while we were out by housekeeping, and put at the front desk!? Toilets didnt flush well, patch work all up and down the bathroom, shower did not drain, pubic hair left over from past visitors. Continental breakfast consists of a juice machine, coffee so old its cold, instant oatmeal packets, and cold breakfast sandwiches. This truly is a bottom of the barrel hotel, and the staff just makes it worse. Tarnishes the Quality Inn name, and corporate needs to act fast to right this sinking ship. Sorry if you stay here

Dear Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am shocked to hear about the situations you encountered and would like to deeply apologize. I also would like to ensure you that comments like yours are not taken lightly and will be addressed immediately with our entire team especially with the condition of the hotel, our staff, and the cleanliness at that time. The description of your stay is highly unusual and does not represent the level of high standards we all aim to achieve. As for the breakfast service, it has been limited due to the current situation. Our Hotel is working hard to follow the CDC guidelines, and all of our local county and state recommendations when it comes to Covid-19. We are all doing the best that we can for our valued guests. We hope to be back to normal someday soon, and we thank you for your understanding. Guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and please rest assured that your observations have been duly noted and will be dealt with appropriately. Once again, I thank you for your feedback and apologize for not providing you with a better stay.

Look elsewhere if you want a good nights sleep. Exit doors slam loudly, shake room. Asked to move rooms/for them to fix doors, neither were done. Cheap hotel, and worth less than what you pay for. Never again.

Overall the facilty is good. As most motels, regular upkeep is needed and upgrading some equipment is required. The room use older heating/cooling units that can be difficult to set a comfortable room temperature. The room I'm staying in now, the low fan setting does not work while the heat is on. Many motels equal to this one has a better selection on TV channels. I'm not into sports or network news thus I am limited as to what I can watch, After a full day of driving, it would be nice to relax with some shows(channels) that I'm use to. A positive note is the evening desk clerk. I haven't stayed here for a few months, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, Beth the evening desk clerk, recongnized me and welcomed me by name. That adds a special touch to the end of a rough day. She is always pleasant and always has a smile. After being in my room for about 15 minutes, she called to see if the room wa ok. Hope she never leaves this facility as I feel she is a valuable asset!
