The B&B is well located in Stirling and reasonably priced with a good Scottish breakfast. Thinks are to the point at this B&B. Our room was spacious and functional. Unfortunately both of us got hay-fever so a good clean of the carpet may be required.

Response from Kerrann, Owner at Kerran Bed&Breakfast
Responded Jul 21, 2016
Thank you for the review, We think that the, as the carpets are cleaned on a regular basis, it is more likely the cause for hay fever, is that the B&B is very close to a river 25 mtr away and fields. Brian & Carole

Stayed for one night. The B&B just on the outskirts of Stirling but within very easy reach of the city centre or the university. Our room was comfortable if slightly dated. Breakfast is a mix of help yourself serials juice toast etc, and a really good cooked full breakfast. The business is currently up for sale, so don't know what the new future owners will be like. Overall ... good.

We stay B&B for four nights ! Coming with motorcycle to the celebration from the caledonian Harley riders "Wallace Rally" which started in the Rugby Stadion near by. No problems to park the bike! We say thank's to Brian and Carole for good hospitality. Only what we had missed is a lounge where it's possible to sit if wheather are bad at a longer stay!!!

We had a very good time in this house. We were looking for a simple flat to visit Stirling, and this place fitted perfectly. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. He advised us wisely for the monuments to visit insofar as we had a few time to spend in Stirling. Only one regret : the place is 20 min far from the city center (by foot). It is better to have a car. Last thing, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious !

It was the first time in a b&b and loved it. Nice host, nice room, nice breakfast and a very nice spot. The Wallace monument is a 30 minute walk. Brian was helpful in answering our questions. The restaurant he's recommending you is quite good also. A must if you're staying in Stirling.

Located just beside the road, but not too noisy, perfect for finding your way out and back into Stirling to join the main road. Rooms are very clean, good wifi signal, hearty and excellent quality breakfast ! Our lovely hosts really made us feel at home. Highly recommanded !

Fantastic value for money. Found the Kerran via visitscotland.com whilst looking for somewhere to stay for one night at hogmanay. Spotlessly clean accomodation, with a comfy bed and friendly host. Excellent breakfast too.

What a change from our previous night's disaster. Our host, Brian, warmly welcomed us at the door and showed us to our upstairs room. From the window, we could see the Wallace Monument and although the room overlooked the main road, the traffic noise was not noticeable. The room was clean and warm and the bed looked inviting. We made use of Brian's extensive local knowledge to identify a local laundry, restaurants and transport. His suggestion to take the train into Glasgow for a day's sightseeing was spot on. The bed lived up to expectations being as comfortable as it looked. We had two nights of sleeping bliss. Breakfast was great, tasty and plentiful.
