The location of the pension is very good, it’s 5-10 minutes of walking to both metro and tram and it’s also 20-25 minutes of walking to touristic places. There are some nice bars and restaurants around. The receptionists are nice. The building was very old, dirty and neglected. It’s a shared building. The room key can open any door in the pension which made me think about security. The rooms were clean and seemed to be newly renovated, especially bathroom was very nice. The wireless was very good and I was able to connect anywhere in the building. I’d not reccomend it to anyone I know and I’d not like to stay there again.

I booked a room for April because I was attended to do a IBCLC exam which was cancelled because of the world situation with the neu virus. They refuse to give me the money back and to give me opportunity to stay in the hotel later when I will have a new date for my exam. The reason to refusing my request was because I don’t know exactly when I can travel! Are they RETARDET?

I spent one night there, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable, however there was no wireless connection inside the room. I had to go to the common space to get a connection. The location isn't great, you have to walk at least 10-15 min to get to a Subway station. One of the persons at the reception was rude.

My room in the pension Ani-Falstaff in Mullnergasse was very clean and comfortable, I mean the shower and the toilet. Coffee in the morning was wonderful due to the maid. The building is in five minutes of walking from the tram stop Schlickgasse (line D). It is very convenient if your aim is Wiener Staatsoper or Franz-Josefs Bahnhof. The staff speaks English and every person of it is very aimable and helpful. The only disadvantage is thin walls,- you can hear every word from the corridor but not from a room next door. Inspite of the age of the building I am very pleased with my stay in the pension. I`d recommend it as a quiet and clean dwelling.

Great location - a 15 minute to the major sites. Located in an interesting old building, and the room was simple contemporary and clean. Perfect for a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful, sharing local info and calling us a taxi. Breakfast included was simple and a good start to the day. Good WiFi. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Mostly clean, dreary rooms on stuffy second and third floors. Musty entry, but it gets better as you go upstairs. Fan was provided on request, but it was broken and needed repair before using. Tiny single room. Awkward pillow. Thin walls. No horror stories, just not the greatest. Wireless is good, staff is nice, and location is central. Next time, I would turn to Airbnb before this, but you will survive.

We were in Vienna for the evening as part of the bike ride down the Danube and we stayed in this place. Fairly close to the bicycle path (on the canal) and also close to downtown. It is located in a quiet street and occupies a portion of an apartment building. The building is interesting, with very wide stairs, like a typical old building in a large European city. Front desk people are pleasant and attentive. The rooms are a bit sparse, narrow with two single beds one on each side f the room. Bathroom also small but all is there (good shower). The walls are thin and you can hear noises in other, e.g. somebody did not turn their cell phone off at night and it rung several times waking us up Breakfast if also basic but OK to hold you up till mid morning snack: muesli/grenola and cold meats/sliced cheese. Suitable accommodation for an in and out evening. I suppose also OK if all I want to do is spend all day visiting Vienna and crashing at nigh.
