dusty room, no possibility for a double bed, situated far away from all transportation and centre, breakfast only available from 6 until 9 in the morning (too early), only a small radiator for heating, but friendly staff in general

This is a hotel set up for workers, manual workers a that. The flat screen TV belies the fact these are not modern accommodations. Small rooms, dingy en suite and lacking anything approaching luxury. It's just about OK for work, rooms don't really provide a good nights sleep, far too noisy both inside and out, and facilities are lacking. Open the window and there's even more traffic noise, try to activate the air con and it probably won't work or sounds like it's have it's dying breath. I was often awoken by the neighbour flushing their toilet, which is quite loud in my room. Breakfast is a nightmare, made worse with the covid restrictions. Staff, on the whole, are excellent, and will try their best to help, making a big difference to the stay. Wifi is acceptable but not great by modern standards, there is free parking which is handy but the place is enveloped in an 8 foot high fence, showing you the kind of area it's in. DO NOT bring your significant other here, wrong hotel.

Had to stay here for a month with work. It’s a very basic hotel but the staff here are absolutely brilliant and are what make this place worth staying. The staff really are a credit the this place and I couldn’t thank them enough for there hospitality.

+/+ The price is fair and the location very convenient in view working in the Waalhaven port and area. Also close to the highway. Reception is polite. The ambience is modern and friendly. Big private parking has sufficient parking lots for all car. Free daily newspaper available. -/- Although polite, but very stiff and not very helpful due to Bastion regulations versus Booking.com flexibility. I could not extend the room due to the Booking reservation, although Booking already forwarded that the booking-extension was confirmed, reception could not enter or log-in to verify or confirm/allow as well. A new reservation had to been made for the 2 days extension. So although I'm a guest at your hotel, I have to deal and arrange my extension via internet, but not via frontdesk. Although asked, I even was directed to internet, since "that was much cheaper!" The bar is not run efficiently and could have better/proper attendance and cleanup. Skills are beyond a regular skilled barman/woman. Although staying a week, I every day had to make the room "my own" again, since room was cleaned daily up to 'new customer arriving': Curtains all open again; partly finished water-bottle and/or bathroom soap and shampoo removed completely and 2nd pillow removed and both beds tight up again... This way you never will feel 'at home'.

It's not brilliant... acceptable for a short stay. Very limited restaurant options. Small breakfast options with the exception of possible quick cooked eggs on demand. Not my first time, and used as an option on a budget

Steak was clearly defrosted In microwave then grilled .... total waste of good meat. Also had pasta on another evening and it was so hot it burned my mouth . Only in a microwave could you get pasta so hot. If you stay here , eat out

Pos:Good location and route to the port. Size and room facilities is perfect for my purpose, which only overnight stays close to my job. Frontdesk is very friendly and helpful. Large parking place available. A nice hot shower is possible, the waterboiler works good :-). Free waterbottles available in the early morning. Neg: Entering the room first day, I found the safe closed and locked again and 1 light not working. Barthroom sink was not draining properly. Last time, they said, they would pay more attention to the room before handing over. Housekeeping should advise maintenance regarding drainage of sinks and showers and electrical/mechanic failures. But again a lack of follow up. Maybe next time... Bar-crew should attend and keep the bar more often. In 2018 sheets on the bed, which don't keep position very poor bed comfort), where there are fitted sheets in the market.

Spent two nights at this hotel during a business trip. Hotel is low priced and the comfort was ok when comparing with the cost of my room. Free parking was positive and it is a short drive to Rotterdam city center. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small.

Have been for the first time in this hotel....personell very young, professionality is still grewing up...but they do efforts, at least to be kind and gentle. Room are clean....BUT....the matress with the spring that hurt the back, is something UNACCEPTABLE....also because the price is not cheap, we talk about 100 Euro a night.....definitely hope I'll never come back here...can not sleep properly...
