The apartments are set right in the heart of the lively 4th district there is no better place to experience the urban charm of Zurich at first hand. Diverse restaurants, cafes, shops and local pubs are just a few steps away. The legendary Langstrasse with its numerous bars and clubs also lies a short walking distance from the building. Additionally, there are green spaces and small parks in close proximity. What is more, the location offers superb transport links. Right on the doorstep there is a tram stop Bezirksgebäude. The railway station Wiedikon can be reached within 2 minutes’ walking distance. From here, there are direct connections to the Airport Zurich Kloten (approx. 20 minutes). The main railway station is located 10 minutes away. Please note that all apartments are equipped with a TV with international channels.

Heating was not working and was replaced by a single old and smelly electric heater. Sink was blocked on arrival (complained and was fixed). Showing wear and tear all over (stained kitchen, marked floors). Pretty depressing decoration and not corresponding to photos.

I've stayed in 2 Vision Apartments buildings in Zurich recently, compared to the other (Wolframplatz) this one is clearly older and not as well maintained. They use a self-check in process and seems to outsource all customer service. Fine in principle, terrible when you have issues - which you will. A few of many examples: I paid for a parking spot but someone was in it, so they moved me to a spot 15 minutes walk from the apartment. For the next few days I received additional confusing charges and invoices because of the change. I also tried for over a week to get them to give me hand soap in the bathroom (shown on the inventory list!). I ended up just buying one because they couldn't work it out with the cleaning staff, who are the only staff on-site and no one can seem to properly contact. Overall the apartments are OKish, but for this price you shouldn't have to deal the company's internal communication issues. I've wasted hours of my life calling them repeatedly asking for the same things over and over.…

The images of the apartment displayed gave a different impression. Therefore, my expectations have not been fulfilled. The appearance of the stairwell was not particularly inviting. In front of my apartment door there was a mopping mob to greet me. Location is very good. Central but very quiet.

Don't book ever there.... awfully.. broken bed...no elevator you have to carry your suitcase to the 4,th floor by stairs.very very very small wc... very noisy...dirty and. This is not apartment but a very small room.no WiFi DON'T EVER BOOK THERE?!!

Fake photos-dirty-very small-no elevator-very bad service from the staff they don't even answer in emails-they call them apartments but in the 4 floor of cramerstrasse 12 is only 10sq meter small room-NEVER BOOK

Great space and Well cleaned. Room was a little small but you get what you payed for Might be worth have a description of what area of the property that’s been booked. Had trouble at the door with my passcode because I was in the wrong part of the building

Great location, small but practical apartment. Unfortunately there was a weird chemical smell in the apartment that smelled like some industry process. Opening windows did not help. The bed was quite soft too.

The room was bigger than I expected, clean, warm and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped, maybe too close to the bed. The bathroom is small, without a window but perfect for a single guest. The location is great but you can't see something interesting outside your window. Highly recommended for a few days solo trip.

Positive: good relation price/quality, good location, easy to use (considering that there is no a reception), safe area, several supermarkets close to the apartment. Negative: lack of an elevator, bureaucracy for a short stay (i.e you need to do a inventory. For 1-2 days it has no sense).
