The Tour Shanelle is located in the heart of Lausanne, directly in the historic Rue Caroline. The downtown can be easily reached from here on foot. Direct neighborhood boasts numerous shopping opportunities, cafés, restaurants and bars. The building with elevator is located between two metro stations, Bessières and Ours, and is therefore perfectly connected with the public transport. The central station of Lausanne can be reached in 5 minutes, the picturesque lake in about 15 minutes and the trip to Geneva International Airport takes about an hour. The property does not have its own car park, however, a public parking garage is located in the immediate vicinity. Please note that all apartments are equipped with a TV with international channels.

I got bedbugs from this place. They tried to sneakily throw away the infested items and not let me know but of course I had been bitten already! I had to argue with them to get my room changed, but before that, I had to stay in that room for days and woke up with bedbugs right beside me in the mornings. They did not even offer to get my clothes professionally disinfected, so I had to do multiple rounds of washing because I had packed for a long stay. It was a nightmare and ruined my time in Lausanne. It is the dirtiest accommodation. The furniture are worn down. The laundry room is disgusting. No wonder why there are bedbugs there. Plus not soundproof at all. Stay away.

DILAPIDATED BUILDING, POOR MANAGEMENT NO A/C (it gets VERY hot, and there is NO AIR circulation) VERY, VERY LOUD You simply WON’T be able to get ANY SLEEP The building is old, and poorly maintained NO management or assistance on site. No one to reach out by phone Very serious structural issues with the building, Extremely dirty: dirt/dust all around floors and walls, stinky elevator carpet, bubblegum smeared on elevator cabin, scratches everywhere …TOTAL NIGHTMARE LASTLY, my unit got broken into around midnight the last night on my stay Apparently they assign my room to another guest!!! There is no latch on the door, so I couldn’t sleep that night thinking I was going to be broken into again, and possibly worst… (robbed, rapped) AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

We booked the apartment in booking and they showed us pictures that were not what the apartment looked like. We called customer service and a woman called Ola answered us and she could not even find a solution. Pieces of the bathroom were broken, the TV did not even work. Overall Terrible. Not Recommended at all. Stay at another place.

A really comfortable spacious studio apartment, the balcony made this a wonderful place to stay. Well stocked and opposite a large COOP. We would have liked a table on the balcony and maybe some condiments in the cupboards, but that's picky. If you come by car research where to park carefully. DO NOT park overnight n the 24 hr COOP car park Caroline. The price is extortionate

Our room was very noisy and very cold, the shutters were not closing. So I never slept. If I need to come to the Lausanne again, I will not stay here, because the noise is not respected. Since I arrived in January, the room was very cold, which prevented me from sleeping. Because the shutters were not closing and they were coming out of the window extremely cold.

Great location, very close to the Béssieres metro station, walking distance to the city center - shops, restos, café's. Amazing view of the lake and the cathedral from the room with a big balcony. The room is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, stove and espresso machine (loved it!) :). HOWEVER please note that this is not a hotel so do not expect everyday cleaning of the room or fresh towels everyday. You can get these once a week - based on schedule. the fresh towels are subject to extra charge if asked earlier.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with every thing within 3 minutes whether it is a super market or train. We can just walk to the cathedral and city was very close for shopping. We had an email outlining all the details before we arrived which made life easy.

My trip to Laussane was wonderful, I was delighted and one of the things that allowed this was to stay at Vision Apartments. The space was perfect to recover after days of long walks, and cook my food with local products. The person in the city was very kind and helped me at all times even when I did not speak French, which was also not a problem so that in apartment vision they provide me an excellent service

I arrived for a business stay, and it was awful. My shower was broken, the door on the top of the bathtub had gaps, so after taking a shower the whole apartment was flooded, starting from the bathtub reaching as far as my bed. I needed to spent a lot of time talking to the support through three channels of the communication to make them arrenge a technician appointment to the same day. Not only, he didn’t fix the issues to satisfactory level, he left a lot of stains and after construction waste in the bathroom. On top of that, he used my shower towels! (Which of course were not replaced, and the extremely dirty floor after the flood was still there)

We stayed 5 times at visionapartments and it has been always nice. High level and cathedrale side senior studios are quite and with a vey nice view on the town. Near all accomodations to live and appreciate downtown
