Not what it was. I have reviewed positively this place with TripAdvisor a few years back and negatively very recently with Google. The owner/manager got upset. Now I do here for consistency. Beware if she doesn't like your comments she will reply nastily 😱 The bathroom shower heads don't work (I also checked in an empty room next to ours), the rooms are not clean and the bedding was torn. The owner said it was us who did it! How very rude. For the breakfast she leaves food on the table for self service... There was never someone at reception. When we arrived we couldn't find the wifi code anywhere so you need to text the owner / manager and she provides it quickly... She was only there to collect your money. Never again.

After a long drive, when I saw the place in the evening I was most unimpressed. It's in an alley off a main street. The main road is not clean but this is the same everywhere else in Palermo. Anyway, it is a small b&b and our room was clean, very tidy and had a small bathroom with everything required. The bed is incredibly comfortable and being in an alley it is very quiet for being right in the middle of Palermo. It is very well located, minutes walk from the Teatro and key main streets. It's 5 minutes walk from 100s of restaurants with tables outside on narrow pedestrian streets and main shopping areas and 4 canti. The parking is very easy to get. I was worried about leaving the car outside but it was a none issue. It is free from 20:00 to 08:00 otherwise it's €1 per hour. We used the b&b as a base to go places (Cefalú, Erice, etc.) so leaving at 10am meant it cost me only €2 per day. We stayed for 3 nights and I must say it is. An OK place to stay. Ideally located. We were asked to pay for the 3 nights in advance and in cash but due to our travelling schedule we only managed to pay on the 3rd day and the owner didn't make any fuss. We didn't have breakfast here but there is a kitchen and I think you take food to your bedroom... Overall much better that it looks. Very safe.…

We were traveling as a group of 4 and we booked a suite. Hosts were kind and waited for us, even if we were late. Rooms were nice, with 2 balconies and private bathroom. The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes' walk from the city center. Parking is not free, you have to find a the area marked with blue lines and pay (until 8 PM). Would book again.

I spent 2 nights there with my wife in June 2014. For only 95€ (for 2 nights) we had a nice room with private bathroom, even if outside of the room, in a great position close to all the main attractions . Unfortunately not very sound proof, in the morning if you want to sleep it's quite difficult not to hear the other guests. Breakfast was ok.

the best Bed and breakfast we stayed in during our trip to Sicily! The cozy and spacious room, the clean equipped shower and the most luxurious breakfast, so close to the main roud to Palermo and very easy to find - give it the title!!! Ylenia the receptionist was very nice and helped us so much! Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I chose this place for the reviews and I highly recommend it... will definitely be back. thanks Ylenia

Staff was helpful and friendly, very flexible. They even lent me an umbrella for the beach. Room was huge and clear. Spotless. Near the centre. Only thing I can point out to be improved is breakfast, but it is OK.

A very sweet and nice place to stay in the middle of city life of Palermo. We had a quiet room, with a little balcony giving out on the 'cortile'. A good bed, dark shiny furniture, soft coloured walls, the real italian atmosphere we like so much. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The owner Luca is a young and very friendly guy who makes you feel at home immediately. When our flight got cancelled (strike) he was very helpfull and luckily we could stay another night in an other room in the B&B. In short a lovely spot which gave our stay in Palermo just something extra.

Very nice hostel, located in the centre, with public parking. It is not free, but we asked few people on the street is it necessary to pay, they told us that we don't have to pay. We left our car on the street for few days without problems. Brekafast was okey.

A comfortable place A very quiet B&B, comfortable and clean, situated near the Teatro Massimo and a nice picturesque market. A perfect parking (8 Euro/Day) is also very near, very convenient for tourists who want to keep the car in an assured place and to visit Palermo walking or using the bus. Luca, the owner, is a kind and helpful person. The breakfast is basic, but it is possible to buy some food in the neighborhood, and to keep it in the fridge until next morning. Each room is big enough and has a nice table, it is agreeable to have the breakfast in the room. Highly recommendable.
