Mua' is a modern and elegant structure located in the downtown of Bologna, near to San Francesco square, in one of the oldest and most characteristic areas of the city. It is also near to Maggiore square and the two towers, in a limited traffic area with a lot of public services, such as bus, restaurants, and pub. Mua' is in an historical and artistic building, completely restructured with the aim of recreating a comfortable place with a lovely atmosphere of great design.

The owner, Uberto, takes the most amazing care of his guests. He is charming, his English is excellent and his breakfasts are 5-star. He accommodates guests' special needs and is a very helpful guide to Bologna. He takes great pride in the cleanliness and presentation of his hotel and truly is the most gracious host.

Very central. Plain room, twin beds (the small narrow ones), tea making, Uberto was very helpful, carried our bags up the 30 stairs. We couldn’t have done it! Two night stay. Uberto rang for a taxi for us to the station. Beautiful city for exploring food shops, do it yourself, all close by.

We were for 3 nights in ths B&B and enjoyed our stay at this place very much. It is only a 15 minute walk to the historical center. The owner was very friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location is very good and quiet, everything in the room was fine.

Excellent location in a quiet and peaceful area. The structure is very clean and equipped, the staff really kind and helpful. Positive experience also during breakfast with fresh and high quality products (croissants highly recommended!). I would definitely come back again.

MUA is about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport and are readily available The fare is about 20euros. MUA is a very comfortable B and B. It is in a very quiet area and all the facilities are very clean and very good. The breakfast. which is typical European buffet is very good. The freshly squeezed orange juice is especially good and you get a good cup of tea.Lorenzo - who does the the Breakfast - speaks good english and is very helpful. The bed was huge and the air conditioning, which is excellent, can be adjusted to suit your needs The city of Bologna is beautiful and is very safe and clean. All the pavements are shady covered porticos so you not need to walk in the sun (Shade temp 30 degrees).MUA is centrally situated and is within walking distance of everything you could want to see - including the railway station. Florence is only 30 minutes away by train but the fare is not cheap. A round trip for two will cost about 100 euros depending upon time and day of your journey.

The quiet location is walking distance to anything you need. The room was a nice size with modern finishes. I loved the attention to details like the easy to reach outlets next to the bed, black out shades for a restful nights sleep and plenty of room for your clothing and luggage. Our host Uberto was very helpful with directions and immediately made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed juice, delicious coffee and plenty to eat. I would highly recommend if you are planning a stay in Bologna.

Very stylish, minimalist, slick design; also very clean and comfortable. Nice added touches such as a fridge, minbar (pricy), slippers, an excellent kettle and good teabags etc. Yes, we English love a good up of tea! Excellent bathroom, slick and clean. The owner was very helpful, and the staff very polite and amenable. There was a very good breakfast, including cheese, ham, fresh pastries; although it did vary from day to day, and good, fresh cappuccino. The juice was freshly pressed and very refreshing. In 10 minutes you could be in the heart of Bolgna, and see this beautiful city. The Welcome Card was excellent value and very comprehensive. Good restaurants close by and an excellent Gelateria by S Francesco church.

A little gem hidden away in a side street of a lovely city. It's contemporary yet comfortable and conveniently located: just a 10 minute walk from this Medieval city's main piazza. Umberto, the owner, was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return.

Just back from 3 night stay. Perfect base for everything in Bologna. Our room was fairly spacious, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. A lovely breakfast each morning. Super helpful and friendly staff. And round the corner from awesome churches, restaurants, bars and food markets. A perfect base! would definitely return. Can't fault!
