Very conveniently located for my business. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The service is very friendly (as we arrived at around 2 am, the reception was closed, the owner kindly arrived to meet and greet us)! He was very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you William! I would very highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Stayed in this hotel for one one week. Very nice, small and clean accommodation. The front desk staff is great. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, rooms clean (every day cleaned), bathroom very nice, so what else to say, for me was great. City center is not so close, but you can always catch a bus (50 m from hotel) to the city center. Near is big green area and small lake, so you can go for walk.

Me and my 2 friends shared the bill and payed 23€ per person per night so considering we also got some croissants with fruit-yogurt, nutella and coffee in the morning it was kinda good. The hotel is really far away from the center of Bologna so we had to take the local buss for 1,5€ per trip which we payed for with coins directly on the bus. We kind of just ended up here and initially thought of the chainsaw-scene in the movie Scar-face when we entered our room but after accepting that this was what we had to deal with we eventually started to like the genuine and truly non-turisty feeling of both the hotel and the hood we were living in trying out the small local cafeterias late at night and blending in with the locals since no one was expecting any tourists in this neighborhood.

Just passing though Bologna, this place was a great spot to stay! Great little hotel, clean, large room and large bathroom! Free street parking. The staff especially Simone, were very pleasant and helpful. Simone gave us a great recommendation for dinner too and it was close enough to walk which was really nice. The beds were comfortable, and we were happy to have a fridge in our room :) The breakfast was nothing special and the coffee was cold. Can't complain because it was free. The lady in the morning spoke no English but that wasn't a huge deal. The hotel is up a couple flights of stairs which is not a big deal for us but might be for some people. This hotel is nicely out of the way, which was good for us because we weren't really interested in touring around Bologna this time. If we were ever in Bologna again we would stay here for sure!

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night on a leasure trip to Toscany. The hotel is 10 min drive from the airport not to close to the city centre. With bus line 27 you can reach it any time. The bus station is very close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and nice, with a lange bathroom. The best in the hotel is the staff. Excellent English skills, very helpful and really friendly.

We stayed there early April. It’s not far from Bologna old town which staff recommended us to go by bus. Wifi at the hotel is Euro 2 per day and the speed is quite good. Breakfast was delicious, better than many hotels in Italy, with freshly brewed coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of bakery, bread and cold cuts. Free public parking in front of the hotel and safe neighbor. The staffs are really friendly, and helpful.

The cappucinos were fantastic every morning. We found the staff very kind and friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and location was good and easy to find. We loved some of the neat shops and restaurants close-by and liked that the bus stop was nearby also. A nearby restaurant called La Rosa Blu was amazing and we ate there 2 nights in a row! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if we are ever back in Bologna, we would stay there again!
