This place is situated at about 10 min walk from Re di Roma metro station and 3 min away from bus stops that will bring you to the center of the city. The host - Luigi is very kind! He will make you a great coffee every morning. The breakfast is not very rich and diverse, but it will be enough - you have small toasts with gem/butter, delicious cornetti bought from the nearest bakery and some fruit yogourt. For the price of 60 eur per night for a double room, the place is really great!

The small 3 roomed hotel is located at via Concordia, it is about 10 minutes walk to metro, nearby there are also 628 and 360 bus stations. The first can take you to plaza Venice. The location is safe, there are places to get food. The apartments are located at 8 floor, the elevator is rather small. The rooms (2 with conjoint bath and 1 with its own) are well decorated. The hosts allow to userefrigerator, make coffe and tee. Every morning there are croussants (though they can be quite late). The breakfast does not have meat or cheese.

We were in Rome for a few days in may, and stayed here for a few nights. The view from our room was spectacular to begin with, and the price of the room was not at all high considering what you get for it in return. But what I will remember most was the kindness of our hosts. We got breakfast and delicious coffee every morning and our friendly host told many stories about the history of Rome. He had a lot of knowledge of the city and was keen to help out!

We have just finished our stay here for 4 nights and highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to crash while sightseeing Rome- comfortable, clean, welcoming and a great location. Just a 10-15 minute walk to coliseum and ancient Rome. But very close to metro and bus if you are tired from all the walking! Only a few rooms in this homely accommodation-with cooking facilities if on a budget and basic breakfast included. We were lucky to get view overlooking city. Walls are quite thin and can hear other guests sometimes in kitchen/doors etc. Ideal for couples wanting a comfortable base for exploring. Our private bathroom was separate from our room however literally opposite our room so not a problem for us. Although noshower curtain so had to keep wiping floor! very clean still. Mr Luigi very friendly and welcoming-speaks some English which is enough when asking for advise. Would highly recommend.…
