The hotel location is nice, is same as they have mentioned. I may be difficult to find the hotel in the big building. When u enter the building infront what u see is Scala A, just mentioned as "A." When you go near the steps of A, then on the right u see "B", go to the stairs of B, u can find a lift at 0,5 floor (some thing similar to Harry potter's platform). To get to the life, climb the stairs to half floor, on the right u find the small lift. When u get out at 3rd floor, see left side, u see the board with bread and breakfast. I think they didn't want to put the name of the hotel, neither proper signs to avoid it being identified as a hotel by tax officials.
The room was good (number 1), though in my room AC was making some noice, which disturbed my sleep a bit. What I really hated is the hot water, which was at very low speed, and it was difficult to find a good temperature for shower, either it was slow and too hot, or was fast and cold, u may have to spend 5-10 min to adjust the level. Still the temperature was fluctuating. Also, the flush was not working properly, I just tried to open the lid of the flush a bit and just shake the parts in it, and was OK.

If u need help from receptionist like to get a hair dryer or other, get it when u check in, or in the morning, as I could not find them afternoon or evening.

Going around ROME is easy from this hotel. Specially taking the Metro was very comfortable. The metro goes from Tiburtina directly to colosseum, while u have to change it at Termini for Vatican. There is no time limit, as they give the door keys to you.
The area was safe, though appeared to be silent. I didnt have problems, but people say you should be careful with pick-pockets at Tiburtina area.

I may try for other hotel, but if I get a cheaper price I may come back to Titina B&B.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Close to the Turbitina Station. Very reasonable rates (70 euros per night). Convenient to catch a nearby trian. The place was very clean and simple. The bathroom was clean and the shower was adequate. Not a luxury place at all, but worth a stay if you are on a budget or just need a clean place to sleep. They served an ample breakfast every morning. The host, Lucas, is multi-lingual: Italian, English, Spanish, French, and supposedly even Arabic. Free Wi-Fi available.

If you arrive by train it is a very easy walk but you must stay on the same side of the street as the train station. The building is a large apartment complex and the front door is locked. You have to buzz to get in. Once inside walk to the stairs at the far right end of the building. To take the elevator walk down one flight and take the elevator to 3. If you were buzzed in by the manager she will have the door open for you . Get the password for wifi when you are given the keys, as there may not be anyone there the rest of the day. Although the sign in the room says "Breakfast will be served in your room from 8:30-10:00 am" we were never offered any breakfast nor was there any set out anywhere to be picked up. We were just there to sleep for one day /night and it served our purpose fine. If you do not speak Italtian have a method to communicate with you.

Great location, clean, and a great price! Used this location for overnite stay to catch the train the next morning to Venice. From FCO it's easy, just use the commuter train it's about the 7th stop should take 30-40 minutes to get to Tibutina. Exit out of train station make a quick right, close walking distance, first brick building. On the 2 or 3 floor. Hard part is finding the person to check in with; had to wait 15 minutes, person does not live on the premises.

The incredibly kind staff went out of their way to make my brother, sister-in-law and I feel welcomed for the three weeks that we stayed. I worked an internship while they went and explored the city, and the Bed and Breakfast was great at accommodating our different needs. Each morning we received a nice breakfast with pastries and drinks.

The location is great. Right next to Tiburtina station which is only about a 10 minute metro ride from the center of the city. And yet, the B and B is very quiet and easy to feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle of the city after a busy day. It is also located directly across the street from a grocery store where you can pick up wine or a quick snack to have in your room.

The staff cleans the rooms each day. The bathrooms are nice, and the overall property is clean and quiet.

I would highly recommend this B and B to anyone looking to stay in Rome! It was a wonderful home away from home.

First of all, CHECK the map and location of building and you also need to have phone number of the reception to get in. Doors of the building closed most part of day and receptionist has to meet you and let you in. I booked late regitration and was shocked when the doors were closed and No name of this hostel next to doorbells. And this district looks not safe after 18 p.m. so you won't stay outside or go out to next bar in the evening.( there are a lot of people from arabian countries and they sleeping right on the street so take the bus to get to city center). Second, even if I booked twin bed they prepared room with two single beds and only one was with bed wear. Hot water was barely warm so I frozen. And when I booked room price was 45 euros, but I paid 547 -don't know why. The breackfast ( coffee, jam amd biscuit cake) should be included. But i was hurry in my flight so I didn't discuss with receptionist. AND year ago I staid near TERMINI for the same price ( but the place was much more comfortable with luxury twin bed).
So be carefull and prepared:
- check the location of hostel and ask for detailed explanation how to get in ( while booking)
- save the phone number of reception

Nice and clean. Friendly staff, they spoke only Italian so it was some misunderstanding.
We thought it was hard to find since it was inside an apartmentbuilding and the only sign was a tiny note on a doorbell. Good value for the money for just one or two nights.

It's a very cheap room so our expextations weren't high. But, it was clean and the staff was very friendly, eventhough they didn't speak english.
It was a bit difficult to find, it's located in a big block.
It's next to the station tiburtina, so tha's very convient. But the short walk is smelly because of the containers on the street and I wouldn't dare to walk there alone in the dark.
The breakfast is served in the room but it's not much.
Overall it was great price-quality!

A little confusing to find at first but it's very convenient to the train station and the room was clean and modern. Equipped with air conditioning. Having a small map might make it more clear as to the location vs the train station.
