In the morning, when the first sunrays shine on Saint Peter's Dome, the whole neighborhood is immersed in a magical light. This unique light will be the perfect background of your Roman Holiday. Our rooms are spacious, bright, and recently renovated. They're equipped with every comfort you’ll need during your stay.
Location was fabulous, only 10 minute walk to Vatican, lovely place for breakfast on the way. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Air con was ok . Fridge was not cold enough, this wasn't an issue for us but my aunt had to store her meds in cold place. Kettle was situated outwith the room in a little hallway, sounds strange but it wasn't actually that bad. Some lovely pastries and croissants left in room. Manager/owner was very helpful on the day of arrival and even organised transport to airport when leaving. Just small issues on last day but could have rectified with a message to the owner who was very hospitable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would recommend visiting if you're out and about during the day and night in Rome.

I took my wife to Rome for her birthday. The owner was very friendly and gave us free bottle of wine and a rose upon arrival, showing us how to operate the locks to get to our room, despite his English not being strong. The Bed was massive and so comfy, with 2 swans made of towels placed upon it, as well as 4 pillows. The room was a 10 min walk from Vatican City and a 20 min bus from Termini Train Station, where we got our transfers from Ciampino Airport to/from. Also only a 15 min cab journey from The Coliseum. I would recommend buying a 2-3 day travel ticker, as this covers all forms of public transport. The only disadvantage was that there was no toilet roll, but luckily there was a 24 hour shop just 5 minute walk away and we were easily able to get some.
