The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, Aircon great and there were no problems with noise and the hotel was very central and had a lovely restaurant and rooftop bar which had a nice cool breeze! The staff were lovely and helpful. We would stay there again.

We headed here after dropping our bags off at the hotel. We probably should have waited until later in the evening to see the area busier and the view after dark, but we were quite thirsty after our bus journey and wanted somewhere pleasant to have a drink. The roof top bar is on the third floor and at the time of our visit there were plenty of free tables. We were able to relax and enjoy a drink, there was music playing but not too loud. The view across the road was mainly of residential type buildings but we could see a few more attractive buildings and churches beyond. It was funny to see a large Santa decoration on one of the roofs.

Convenient, comfy, clean and stylish boutique hotel. We arrived on a late Saturday afternoon and were a bit horrified by the extreme noise and crowds on the Alameda, but the interior of the hotel is extremely quiet due to the double set of windows installed in the room (I assume all rooms have these?). Our room was small-ish (we've had lots smaller) but cleverly designed and perfectly adequate for the two of us. Great rooftop bar, excellent restaurant, and super friendly and accommodating staff. My only complaint is that the floor of the shower stall was dangerously slippery - desperately needs some non-skid.

This is a basic hotel. One star and really only one step up from a hostel. It has very small rooms and very limited facilities. It has no lounge area. No fridges or other space in the rooms. You have to pick up a kettle from the hall. It is above a nice restaurant but most of the time it has no staff on duty and the restaurant staff are too busy to do hotel reception duties. The staff were friendly enough though.

A lovely hotel in a great area. The rooms have a funky vibe and are well thoughtful out. A super comfy bed with a selection of great pillows. Black out blinds guarantee a good nights sleep. The restaurant below is a fantastic place for lunch or supper.

Gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived received a warm greeting, nothing was too much trouble. Staff always smiling and courteous Room was spacious and everything you need. In an ideal location for getting around. The hotel was a restaurant underneath which has amazing food, a must to try. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend

Great boutique hotel which made for a very nice place to stay for three nights exploring Seville. I loved my room which was a superior double. Plenty of space. Good shower and comfortable bed. The location is great, short walk to historic centre and some fantastic nightlife literally on the doorstep which was great for getting home late at night (or rather early hours of the morning!!). Maria on reception addressed a problem I had during my stay in the most professional way I think I have seen in any hotel anywhere in the world. I would happily return and hope the rooftop is open - I was informed it was closed for maintenance with very little notice and so I’m marking down for that. Also my towels weren’t fully replenished and toilet roll ran short in my room. Okay when the restaurant which doubles up as reception “after hours” is open but no good in the middle of the night when all staff have gone home!! The Disparate restaurant was excellent too and well worth trying.

Visited Seville for a long weekend as 2 couples. This hotel is a hidden gem, its ideally located for visiting this beautiful city. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Danny who showed us to our rooms. The rooms are not massive but are a great size for a short break. They are decorated in a 'shabby chic' style which fits in well with the vibe of the area. There's a wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a safe. The ensuite shower & toilet are separate with a nice sink unit between them. The room was serviced everyday with fresh towels & toiletries provided if needed. The roof top bar is excellent with a lovely atmosphere, great music and a great selection of drinks. Special mention to Daniel who was a joy to chat with when he was working the bar. The hotel is located in a great square with plenty of bars and great restaurants all within minutes walking distance. Extra special mention to Clara & Maria in reception who always had a smile and gave us loads of information on where to eat and drink. This helped me as I'm coeliac and Clara helped me tremendously. This hotel provides everything that you need when visiting Seville, a warm friendly staff, great location, great facilities and a fantastic restaurant within the hotel. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was full to capacity over the 4 nights we stayed. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast at the moment but there are plenty of places nearby. Clara & Maria will ensure you find somewhere to suit your tastes. We definitely intend to return to explore more of Seville and will absolutely being booking this hotel again.

My stay had been postponed for 2 years due to covid and the staff have been very accommodating in honouring my booking. The hotel was modern and stylish with a relaxed atmosphere and was spotlessly clean. All staff were friendly and helpful especially as my Spanish is rubbish. Natalia was particularly helpful and they managed to look after my luggage on the last day as I had a late flight. Since covid breakfast hasn't been available but there are plenty of excellent choices in the area.
