If I could leave ZERO stars I would! We checked in on a Sunday afternoon/evening and they put us into a room that was literally IN the lobby. They they started racking on fees for Berlin City Tax, room key deposit, remote control deposit. We were told there were no other rooms available, even though the screen the woman at the front desk was looking at had plenty of green on it. The next day, while walking around bites started to appear all over my girlfriend which only got worse as the day wore on. The following morning, I woke up and killed three small bugs crawling in the sheets! Each one was filled with blood. We packed up and told the woman at the desk who told us they were mosquito bites. We showed her the bugs in the sheets and she just shrugged at us, then had the audacity to ask “are you checking out?” Of your disgusting, flea bag, bed bug infested motel?! Yes. As soon as humanly possible! A day later and we are covered in red bites. Additionally, the room was dirty, the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned before we checked in, and did I mention the door was literally IN the lobby?!? Don’t be fooled by the pictures online. There were no red towels folded neatly on our bed. Just some dingy white towels that probably haven’t been cleaned since the Potsdam Conference!

Receptionists were completely unavaible and inhospitable. They didn't even try to smile to us. For three rooms they asked us 100 euro in cash in the last minute!!! English level: zero. Minimal "breakfast". Only one positive note: the room where very clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with good breakfast. Good location in close proximity to public transport and restaurants. Only downside is that the decor and carpets are a bit dated and in need of an upgrade. Overall a good stay though.

There are two sides to this hotel: - the positives - great location and decent price - the negatives - very few options at breakfast, overall low quality of the rooms, also you can hear whenever someone walks by in the corridor, our room was very dark and the bathroom was smelly.... So basically as relatively cost effective hotel its ok choice but i think it would make sense to pay bit more and get better quality next time.

simple low-end Hotel. It sits in an apartment building and covers 2 or 3 floors of it if I remember correctly. It is conveniently located between 2 metro stations and the express bus to Tegel Airport passes by. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, have the basics, incl. hot water, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, TV and WiFi. With -7'C in the night though, the heating couldn't keep up, I had to use two quilts. All in all a good value for price (the latter was on the low end)...

Breakfast is 6e per person all you make is a sandwich or an egg, no good or warm food , not worth it at all. The room is funny just because next to the balcony you have shower , staff was nice ,location is great , shared toilets are not that bad bit still.

I can sincerely say that on this hotel I had one of the best experience of accommodation in Europe. I say that because the hotel simply fulfill all the aspects of a nice place to stay when you are in a couple trip. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are great, I even asked one of them to help me to make a little surprise to my girlfriend and they were very helpful.

We stayed here for 5 nights recently we found it to be very clean, a little dated but good value for money. We traveled from the airport by bus which took less than half an hour & the bus stopped close to the hotel. The under ground station is also close by. The rooms was basic but clean & was cleaned daily. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of options good value for the money. The food was constantly being topped up & tables clean regularly. We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely go back again.
