while on my travels stayed her for 2 nights for work purposes, i didn't choose this place but was happily surprised not only walking distance to lots of places to see and do but able to get van parked securely in there car park. i found breakfast a little pricey but since we were working managed to get this for more than half the price else where but impressed with hotel and the staff vary pleasant with most of them we met having a good level of english and since i don't do german or at least since school this was a great advantage to sourcing places to go tram line 2mins and petrol station 1min and very well priced. yes I'm jumping from point to point room was clean in fact very clean shower/wet room immacualte staff turned down bed following morning would have stayed here again with our question

A very solid choice for a mid-range hotel just outside of the city center, it's well connected via the pubic transport system. It offers very good breakfast, the rooms are clean. Definitely recommend it.

My first time in a leonardo hotel and I enjoyed it. However, it was a trek to even find it! The google maps marker is in the wrong place and you have to go along these back-streets that look old and shady to get to the hotel. The tram stop is about 5 mins away. It is a fairly small hotel with a petrol station nearby with convenience store. Room was comfy and exceeded my expectations for the hotel. Let down by the bad location.

Room Tip: Elevator was broken for my stay, and isn't the most reliable, so lower floors may be better.

We booked a room at this hotel for one night only. The hotel is brand new, the design of both the lobby and the room was wonderful. The room had everything we needed and even more. But the service, unfortunately, spoiled everything.

I joined AdvantageCLUB when booking, but even that didn't help to avoid the unpleasant experience we had. After choosing the check-in date the service offered instant payment on the website, which came out even cheaper than at the reception desk directly at the hotel. I paid for my reservation, the money was deducted, the reservation number was received, and a few days later the money was deducted a second time. After calling the customer service, we were told that there were no reservations at the hotel in Nuremberg for such dates at all. But fortunately, after a long clarification, our room was found. The money, was said, would be returned, but it has been almost a month, and still no money. The customer service is constantly pushing back the date of reimbursement, and we are still waiting, because we have no choice.

We thought about coming back to you again, but because of this situation, all desire is off.

Yes, the neighborhood can feel a bit sketch, but it probably just feels that way as it isn't very developed nor touristy. However, it is a very short walk to the old city. And yes, the bathroom we had was tiny, but functional.

There is also parking. Pay up to park in the hotel space, or for free just across the street in an empty lot.

No complaints, good value.

Dear Will0001, thank you for staying with us in our Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg and for taking time to share your review on Tripadvisor. It is a pleasure to read that you had been satisfied with our location close to the city centre and to the old town of Nuremberg, with our friendly & professional staff, with the cleanliness of our house and with the value for money. It's a pity for us to read that the area around our hotel didn't quite appeal to you. In the past a couple of renovation works were carried out in our immediate vicinity. Regarding the environment, we would also like it if the new development of the neighboring properties would go ahead faster. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. We hope to welcome you with us again and send you our best regards, Daniel Riederer Front Office Manager

Stayed here for four nights whilst on business. Hotel is close to public transport and close enough to walk into the centre. Service was good, breakfast was adequate. The room was a bit meh. The bathroom stunk, and there was no bath but otherwise it was everything I needed. It would be harsh to find any major fault l, but there was nothing that gave it that extra bit of wow. Thanks for having me.

We had booked this as a stop over with an electric car. Though we filtered the search on hotels with chargers this does not have one. There is parking behind the hotel in a tightly packed car park.

The immediate area around the hotel is not great but it’s only about a 15 minute walk into town.

The brief interaction we had with staff at reception was fine. The room was small and pretty basic with a view if the car park. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant.

If you don't want to pay too much for a hotel and still want to be around midttown than Leonardo is the choice. We had a double room for 6 days and paid 298 €. Hotel and room are clean and modern furnished. It is very quiet. The stuff is friendly. The price for breakfast is 13 € per person, but the concierce recommended other places in the neighborhood. There is a chain restaurant called Der Beck, where you can get breakfast for 5,20 € instead.
The bed was comfortable. They offer free Wifi and TV. You will find a tea-kettle and some tea and coffee bags and last but not least a fresh bottle sparkling water every day.

Kind of depends what time you are arriving, taxi about twenty euros and pretty direct and quick. If sharing it is a viable option.
