The restauant is open in the evenings from Monday to Thursday, traditional cuisine. Buffet breakfast private parking Pets guests.
Do not let the 2 star only scare you away. This is an exellent hotel when you are travelling to somewhere else in Europe or even use it as a base where you take your trips from in the erea. The rooms are small but the beds are super comfertable. The Breakfast is more than ok and the host are friendly as well and they can even give you some tips about things to see in the neighbourhood. You brought your dog with you? Well your best friend on 4 paws is welcome too

We have stayed at this hotel on four occasions. It has always been good and an evening meal available. Arrived today, no evening meal available and no apologies from the staff. Will certainly not stay here again

There was no air con, but a fan did help, but it was very noisy. The hotel not in the most scenic area being on an ind estate, but we were only staying overnight and didn’t want to be in Poitiers itself. Found an excellent brasserie, recommended by the staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall, good enough for our needs.

Conveniently positioned for trips to the south of France, Poitiers is an ideal place to break up the long journey from the UK. Hotel Come is just off the beaten track and offers very friendly staff and a lovely interior. The rooms can be quite cramped, however, and just mind the bizarrely positioned lamps on the bed headboard which are located just above the pillows! It can get quite hot at night and unfortunately the plug in air cooler is a bit noisy... imagine listening to a petrol lawnmower all night! Breakfast is extra but provides a quite varied assortment of continental delights. There is even an egg boiling bath and hot plate complete with tiny frying pans for those who enjoy a fried egg in the morning. The price is very reasonable and we would consider staying again, perhaps with some earplugs.…

Had a one night stop over with the family. My wife and two boys and the In-laws. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The boys loved the bunk bed and stars in our room. Staff were super helpful. Thought it was great value so we’ve booked it on the return journey.

The clean, smart carpeting on the stairs and down the corridors kept the noise under control. It was a warm evening and opening the window helped but you are aware of the traffic noise. Rooms nicely decorated but need more lighting. There is a working area by the window - great in daylight but no artificial lighting. Good value for money. Friendly staff and a good stop over. The hotel does have a reasonably priced restaurant which isn't mentioned on their site.

Would give it no blobs if I could. Receptionist upon arrival couldn’t find our booking, couldn’t speak English even though the sign said English spoken, and couldn’t understand my French. Eventually we got our room - a tiny, box like affair with a toilet than ran for ages after flushing. I should have checked the sheets before reception closed at 10pm too, because after finding black hairs under the blankets and more under the bed I wanted to change rooms. The shower also had hair. Plus there were black streaks on the sheets (mascara?). But the worst was the hotel attitude. When checking out I was asked if I had a nice stay, when I said no and tried to explain why, the angry man on reception accused me of posting a review before I spoke to him (I did not) and how terrible a bad review was for the hotel. I showed him the photos I took of the hair but he was only concerned about the room. Finally, after ranting about something in French, he told me that if I didn’t like it that next time I should stay in a big chain! I was so cross and upset from being bullied, I stormed out. Horrible experience. Stay away, and tell others to stay away. …

We stayed as a family of 4 (3 humans and 1 dog) in a triple room for a 1 night stopper on our way from Calais to Fitou. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are well equipped. For a stopover it is perfect. There is a great brassiere 5 minutes drive up the road called L’Escale that you can take dogs and does good food. Recommended for a stopover particularly if you have pets (the family checking in before us had a guinea pig travelling with them!)
