Centrally located in the Opera’ District and very well connected to the main attractions of Paris. Room slightly on the smallish side. Staff extremely helpful, especially Aymen Benelkadi - a new employee who tried his very best to accommodate our every wish.

If you are spending money on a refurbishment why wouldn’t you put air conditioning in??!!! At least on the 5th floor. Just arrived in our in our lovely room but it’s 32 degrees and not getting any cooler! Very disappointing! Not sure how we will sleep tonight - thank god we only have 2 nights here!

My friend booked this hotel for our business trip in Paris for 6 nights. The price was reasonable due to location wise although the room is very small. The customer service is what i would like to mention here.. Ibrahim was a night shift receptionist who was quite unprofessional and rude the way he dealt with complaints. The third night of our stay, we came back to the hotel around 9 pm and collected the keycard with him. During that moment we informed him that the wifi in our room was not working on our phones. What he responded was “that is your problem not my problem”. My friends even showed him that it really didn’t work. He once again said “it’s your phone problem, not the hotel”. After getting back to our room with disappointing service, I found out that the warm water in the bathroom didn’t work. So my friend went down to ask him for help again since I was already undressed. She came up with a shocking respons from Ibrahim again. She said “excuse me, the warm water in our room is not working.” He said “yes yes it’s not working” and pointed to the announcement on the lobby counter, telling her to read “FRENCH” announcement about the disruption of warm water without moving himself from his chair or look at my friend’s face instead being on his phone. So we needed to take a cold shower at night in autumn. Waking up in the morning knowing that the warm water wasn’t working was already annoying, there was a cockroach walking in our bathroom. That made our morning even more disgusting. I, in the next morning, delivered my complaint to a morning shift named “Penelope” who was very very helpful. She listened to me and tried to explain that the water disruption was from the road construction not from the hotel. I told her that was understandable but the way Ibrahim dealt with our complaints was not the right way and the fact that the hotel is located in central area of Paris, you should put the announcement in “ENGLISH” and “FRENCH” and beyond that he should inform us when we collected the keycard that the warm water was not working until 10.00 am next day” Penelope was also surprised what I told her how inappropriate her colleague was. Penelope also helped me directly with the wifi connection by calling the technical team and asked them to remotely fix my problem with my phone (which is also strange) but she was doing her job. Doing business in hospitality industry, SERVICE is the core. Strangely enough, I read so many negative reviews of this hotel, but seeing no responses from management team at all. So I don’t really know what do they care for and what do they want to provide. If any of you is reading this review and looking for a place to stay in Paris, try other hotels. There are way more hotels where they are the same price range but definitely better customer service. I personally was working in hotel for a long time, this is not the proper customer service you should get when you pay almost 300€ per night. My 2 stars are for the location and Penelope.

I know it's hard to find a decent hotel in Paris at this price. We just needed a hotel on our way to Italy. - overpriced: I don't think the hotel meets any of the items promised in the Expedia. - very small room: It was a family trip, so we needed an extra bed. But the room itself was about the size of one twin bed at the best. - The location was near Gallery and subway station, which is good, but bad as well. We can reach the tourist spots by taking the subway, but that also means none of these locations are within a walk-in distance.

Location is very good, close to 2 metro stations and walking distance from the opera. Room size was good, and it was clean. In the bathroom only shower gel and hand soap were available. In addition. the locking device of the window was not working so it was necessary to use an additional one on the bottom I think cannot really replace the original one. During the reservation I asked for: - 2 single beds; -a quiet room. The guy at the reception at the check in didn't know at all the hotel, as he said that the room was on the back side and didn't know about the bed. In the end the room was street side (it was quite ok beside some tracks in the early morning) and there was a single big bed. Breakfast was ok, but the cheeses, cold cuts and juices are kept in a small fridge on the floor, and this is a bit uncomfortable for elder people. Tables are really small, I think that that size is good for one person. In addition, there were staff people for the breakfast but in the end they were just removing the dirty plates from the tables and put clean ones and no giving any additional assistance (like for example put the food outside the fridge)... then for the rest just talking between themselves in a small room facing the breakfast room.

We stayed for 4 days Rooms are very small However it's enough for a couple The bathroom is nice and large enough to be comfortable. The hotel located in a central location. There is a great bakery right at the corner, so we had our brakefast there . For 12 euro that the hotel asks you can get much more . Mosquitos where eating me alive because you have to open the windows in order to get some fresh air in to that small room . If you want to leave your baggage at the hotel after checking out you would have to pay extra 5euro for each bag ... I think I would consider choosing another hotel next visit in Paris .

The location of the hotel is fab! Right opposite Galeries Lafayette. The staff was friendly. We had booked a standard room and they upgraded us to a superior room. The only thing that deceiving was they charge 5 euro for every bag that they keep at the reception. That's really not fair. But overall it's a super cute and clean hotel. Rooms are not too big but that's the case anywhere in Europe!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Due to the hot weather, hotel room was hot. Hotel does provide a tiny fan (for AC used). It cost you €5 per luggage. The hotel is small but the service was ok. If you ONLY care how convince of the location in Paris. Otherwise there’s other option for hotels nearby. Maybe they will provide BETTER service. However, we won’t stay here again for next trip in Paris. Also it’s not a good size of hotel room for 3ppl.

Near metro station, in the centre, the location is perfect for visiting Paris. The room is very small for 3 persons, we could hardly move. The air conditioning device doesn't really work, the room is very noisy, you have to choose between opening the window and not to sleep because of the noise, or not opening the window and not to sleep because of the heat. The concierges are friendly and helpful, but the breakfast staff: they work as little as they can, they do not refill the buffet, and they never smile, not even by accident.

I accepted that was small room coz is Paris and the location very well. But the hotel should improve the luggage service, I need to pay €5 for storage luggage when the day I check out. For 3 stars hotel storage luggage service not included? that was a problem. I only found out that info when I check out the small print near the reception area, the hotel posts all their info and service inside the lift too but nothing about the storage need to pay when the day for checkout. And, I booked the hotel thru by Agoda, the confirmation never mention about this issues, I found all the info after I back to my country and the website mention €1 only, it makes me feel rip me off
