Great service, super comfy beds. Our tv remote wasn’t working and after trying some remotes they gave us a brand new tv while we were out! Nice courtyard view was quiet. Didn’t do bkfst in hotel, so many options right around there. Close to montmarte, sacre court/funicular. In hotel, construction started daily at 8am but we were up as neighbor’s alarm went off at 7am felt like next to my head. Pretty view of rooftops and flowers, new windows, quiet and everyone slept well. Instant coffee in room. This hotel is listed as free coffee and tea in lobby but it’s actually €2. Kind of a small detail but because all listings of this place (even google maps) mentions “free coffee in lobby” I thought it was a little weird that they actually don’t. Really nice and convenient, functional hotel.

I stayed this week at the Apollo Opera hotel, and I would NOT recommend this hotel. The front desk manager is a disrespectful person that lacks customer service and good manners. I lost my room key and when I report it to him, his face changed and he angry said I needed to find it; I responded I was going to look for it and he reinforced he needed the key. The whole stay experience went down the hill for thanks to his bad attituded. When I asked for his name, it was not given to me, because they knew that was not the way to treat a customer. I will never come back for sure.

This place is well-located clean and has easy access to everything very fast. And I will like to give this place a better rate., but the bald guy at the front service desk in the mornings is the worse customer service I ever experienced in my life. People like him destroy good businesses like this Hotel He is a rude difficult 🤢 and non-cooperative person. And he definitely doesn't have any knowledge of how to treat tourists or the general public. I will stay again...? Not if I know he is the one who will be there taking care of my stay. And I recommend you that is reading this to do the same.

Stayed here for 4 nights based on the pictures on Hotel.com. Unfortunately they didn't live up to actual experience. Rooms dated. No double glasing so noisy at night. Air con didn't work. TV is only French. None of the staff spoke fluent English like it states. Continental breakfast was poor and a free for all. This is not a 3* hotel.

Had a room and flights booked 6 months ago for our 40th anniversary. Booked hotel for several days. then they cancelled our booking the day after Liverpool got into the final ( held in Paris) There were NO hotels in Paris centre under £2000. No way we could get other accommodation fo our celebration ruined. This has happened to others in the reviews previously. If you have booked then cancel and find an honest hotel. I also emailed twice but guess what , no reply.

We stayed for 1 night in March in 2 rooms (we were 2 famlies with kids). The good things: - location (200m from Moulin Rouge) with easy acces to metro, grocery store, restaurants, bars, boulangerie etc - price - quite affordable for this area - they have a baggage room which we used The "not" so good aspects: - old furniture and walls looking 20 years old (could at least paint the walls) - dirty pillows and covers, which is unacceptable - they were litteraly stained, might as well not put them in the room - dirt and different "objects" under the bed - is that hard to vacuum there?? - construction in the hotel was going on even at 9PM - kind of late, especially if travelling with kids... - mold on the ceiling is again unacceptable - TV and/or remote did not work, maintenance tried to fix it but had no luck! All in all not a very good experience, one of the worst places I have stayed in, and I would not come back. They really need to improve the place, because the location is great!

Good Part - 1) On my recent trip to Paris, we stayed there. Hotel is 5 min walk from Blanche Metro station and 10 mins walk from Pigalle Metro Station, which was superb coz at times, when you are out on sight seeing, you don't get the metro that goes to Blanche but goes to Pigalle. 2) Though limited options in Breakfast but was tasty and good. Not so good part - 1) Lift was too small and compact. Even for 2 people with luggage, it was difficult for us to fit in. 2) Reception staff during the day time was rude. 3) Many a times Wi-Fi was not working. Confusion part - Though it says - 3 star property but with no proper lighting (it's dark all the time and Hotel guys don't even turn on the lights) and crumbling infrastructure of the building, i am not sure if this is still a 3 star property.

Great value hotel just down from Moulin Rouge, Staff were very friendly, Breakfast was included. Simple breakfast offering of cereal, croissants, bread, cheese, ham, yogurts, etc. Enough to set you up for a day's sightseeing. Our room was on the 4th floor & was clean, if a little tired. Air conditioning in room was very welcome. It had a little fridge too. It's not the Hilton, but at the price paid, was more than adequate.

Amazing place...you stay mesmerized by its beauty and details! A must see!!! Usually not so packed with tourists, since the other Paris attractions take much more attention! Walk by the square, feel inspired and take tons of pictures!
