It’s one of the best hotels I’ve said in and I’ve stayed in the Mariott or whatever it’s spelt. Cindy was the best barmaid ever and made our stay great. Thank you cindy. Great bar. Plenty of bars near.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! It is closed. Their website has now disappeared. The phone has been cut off and from personal experience they will steal your money if you book with them. We were supposed to be staying with them earlier in August and tried to contact them to find out if they were actually open or not. We got no response to repeated e-mails, messages and phone calls. We are still chasing a refund. As a previous reviewer put it "ROBBING B@$TARDS"!

The apartment was much more than we expected and very clean, large bedrooms and fully equipped living space, easy to find and even more easy to relax. The staff however... the women on the door during the day were rude, blunt answers and completely unhelpful, the information they gave us was as if she’d said it 100 times that day and was bored, all too fast to understand and when you ask to repeat she says “I’ve told you” great... we’ll stumble through anything we don’t know thanks for your great hospitality!!! And also they’ve taken the security deposit out twice with no refund to be seen yet so I’m £300 short in my account, fantastic work. The guy who was working the desk during the night was okay, didn’t speak to him much but at least he’d trained his facial muscles to smile. I would use this place again as the apartments are lovely, but I’d make a friend do the checking in and wait outside to avoid having to witness the worst customer service I’ve seen in ages.

We stayed here for a night when visiting Manchester. Staff were so lovely and welcoming and made us feel welcome and helped us out loads! Great value for money, £130 for a nice, clean, spacious apartment. Comfy beds and good location. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dear Viajero576357, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay. It is disappointing to see that you have rated us so negatively after being with us for such a long period of time. The second charge wasn't actually taken by ourselves but in error by the agent through which you had booked. Our team did advise that this is something that would need to be dealt with directly by the agent as we could not process any form of refund on their behalf.

Myself and my partner were in Manchester for a couple of days. I’d never been before but was advised this area was good to stay for bars/food etc. I liked the idea of a flat rather than a hotel room so you have space to sit and relax after walking around all day. The photos from the website looked like it was a really nice stylish clean place, so I was a little disappointed with the room. I had booked through inspire as I had vouchers, I wouldn’t usually have done this. But I was expecting a lot more for £126 for one night. Upon arrival there was a sign about paying £150 security deposit, none of the confirmation emails I had received mentioned this so this was a surprise. I explained this to the staff and they were happy to let us have the keys without paying, although I did say I would be happy to pay but just so they know. We were on the second floor in 201 so in the corner which was nice as some of the rooms sounded like they had a party going on with music playing. First impressions - it felt and smelt like student accommodation. The bathroom was modern and clean, the kitchen was a little drab and although looked clean it was clear the tables, especially in the bedroom hadn’t been wiped and were sticky.. The view from the bedroom window was literally a brick wall and the sofa in the lounge was, I think a single pull out bed. My partner and me are both 6ft and taller and couldn’t really sit on there. I had booked a flat so there was more space to relax than a hotel but didn’t even end up using the living area. It was just a little disappointing for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again, I got the feeling it’s more of a place to stay for a girlie weekend than for couples. It was easy to find and we used the citi park round the corner with no problems. Just paid via app when we left the next evening.

No sleep at all due to a domestic violence incident. The smashing of doors and windows was extremely loud. Reception did nothing about it. I sent an email asking for some answers in October but some 6 weeks later. Not even a response

Dear R6343TYdavidl, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have reviewed our handover and security documents from when we took over the property in August and cannot see anything which could relate to what you have reported and there have been no incidents where windows or doors have been smashed. We have our reception team on hand 24 hours a day and between them and the security team regularly patrol the building for the comfort and safety of all of our guests. Regards, James

Stayed with a group of friends for a weekend and we had a great time. Considering how close the apartments feel when you're walking to them it was fairly quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Generally clean, but could do with a deep clean at some point. Kitchen/living area modern, with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Wasn't expensive either. Few minutes walk from the station and a short car ride to clubs. Would definitely stay here again when in Manchester.
