The hotel is Ideally situated for onward travel from Heuston Station. A few minutes walk away. Our room was basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The young man on reception was very helpful and made sure we had a packed breakfast to take on our early train journey.

We're old but love walking and exploring so second time here as a couple and we love it. A hidden gem. Rooms spotless and much quieter than many more famous hotels. Easy Dart/Luas reach to city center, and perfect for walks around Phoenix park and zoo. Guinness Storehouse, and various museums within walking distance. Gastropubs and coffee shops around the corner. Continental breakfast only but nicer baguettes and muffins than most coffee shops. Rooms have coffee/tea facilities, but the lovely thing is a quiet little soft-seats eating area near reception where you can make your own/coffee tea or microwave something brought in anytime day or night. Staff are lovely.

We stayed one night at each end of a trip from Waterford to France and back. Conveniently near Heuston Station and airport bus. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was from 8 but as we had to leave by 7.30 they arranged it earlier. If you book directly on Hotel website breakfast is included. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

We stayed here for a family occasion recently, We had 2 rooms booked, Family & Double, we found Liam & his staff to be very welcoming & helpful. They actually put a fold up bed into the double room so we could squeeze in an extra family member. (no extra charge) Our rooms were clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was lovely, as much cereal, toast & croissants as you wanted, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & I'll defiantly return again.

I think im right in saying this hotel is the closest to Dublin Zoo, which is just 10 minutes walk away. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. The Tram goes direct from Bus Aras/Connolly Station to the Phoenix Park (Get off at station 'Museum' and its a 6 minute walk). Got a decent sized Double and Single Room. Will be back for the 'light' at the Zoo.

This the worst room I have stayed in, no hot water, room smelled musty, noisey traffic and ticking signal from pedestrian crossing. Asked for assistance with hot water, no help and no change of room. Bathroom so small you can bearly stand in it. Shower recess door you couldn't open from inside shower, dangerous in my opinion. Don't bother to look at good reviews, they don't tell the real truth about this place.

This is a nice little hotel in Dublin within walking distance of the city centre. I stayed for one night as I was arriving late into the city. The reception is manned 24 hours so it was nice to receive a welcome so late at night. The room was small but very clean with a nice shower.

Missed the last train to the West of Ireland and needed to stay somewhere for the night close to Heuston station. Excellent value for just over 100 euros a night with breakfast included. Room was fine and not too noisy. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. Very pleased overall.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. To be honest the only reason I stay here is for the location, it`s very close to Heuston train station. It`s a three star hotel which is clean and you get what you pay for . I didn`t have breakfast as I had a early morning flight. One thing to keep in mind the hotel is located on a very busy street , so there is a lot of traffic on the street at all times
