I've booked this hotel without reading any reviews...After seeing what people have written about the hotel, I was terrified what to expect...When I got to London, along with my wife and three kids, and found the front door of the hotel locked, I thought a nightmare was beginning for us...But after just one phone call (the number is listed on the front door), I received the entrance code and the room code, and in a matter of minutes, my family and I were in our room! The lady who answered my call was very nice and helpful, and explained the check-in procedure thorougly! I received an email and a Wapp message with all the infos as soon as I connected to the hotel wi-fi...The room was very nice and clean, with fresh towels, coffee, tee, cooker, bottled water, a fridge, TV...In the bathroom, everything was working - plenty of hot water, toilets tidy, enough paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel...Beds comfortable, with two pillows per person...There was enough space for the five of us...The only thing that bothered us a bit is that our room had no closet space, so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases, without unpacking...But, all in all, it was great! If You are booking a budget hotel, You need to be aware You can't expect golden doorknobs and crystal chandeliers. This is a lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood, close to the tube, everything was clean and tidy, so I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to sleep when discovering London, without expecting too much.…
