My first stay at The Seacroft Guest House, and have to say it was superb. Communication before arrival was great, and upon arrival I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome by Lee & Iain.

The guest house is spotless, decorated to a high standard, with a nice bar where you can have a drink before heading out.

I was in room 5 which was perfect for me, spotlessly clean, nice bedding and towels and a super comfy bed. Really can’t fault anything, you can see why The Seacroft is so highly rated.

Breakfast was a winner, perfectly cooked full English served on a hot plate. The sausage and black pudding were my favourites… really good quality and delicious.

I will definitely be back and would like to personally thank Lee and Iain for their amazing hospitality. Well done guys!

Peter and Michael are the perfect hosts, nothing to much trouble and even waved us off on departure. Room was huge and beds really comfy. Pillows, bed linen and towels top quality. There is everything in the rooms that you need, fridge, iron and ironing board and even down to cotton wool balls and face wipes for the ladies. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back.

Thanks for your review Colin. Look forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future. On another note the hot sink tap has now been reversed by our plumber, so it wont be left on for some six hours depleting us of hot water by the rooms previous occupants that stayed. Peter & Michael

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this great guest house, which is a short, few minutes walk from the beach. There is a car park a very short distance away and the hotel will give you vouchers for every 24 hour stay for only £5 each: far cheaper than paying the car park fee.
The rooms are the most spacious we have stayed in at this kind of accommodation. Our room included everything you would expect plus a fridge.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is delicious, with just the right amount of food for us. My wife adored the mushrooms, saying they were the best she had tasted. There is a small bar area with leather sofas, which is open until 9.00pm.
Our hosts, Michael and Peter, were simply amazing and it is their dedication that makes The Seacroft such a gem. We had such a laugh with them and some outrageous conversations as they are sociable, entertaining and thoroughly lovely people. Peter is a talented organist and we were privileged to hear him play in the bar. They helped us carry our bags to our room and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would highly recommend The Seacroft.

We arrived at the Seacroft for a 3 night stay. Peter opened the door with an awesome welcoming smile that made you feel at home. After check in we went to see our rooms and as usual they where spotless, very very large and had plenty of amenities. ( refrigerator, iron and board, hair dryer, free safe, and huge dispensers of shower gel hand wash, and face cream, but to name a few. ) The next day we came down to breakfast and met Michael, he greeted us with a warm smile and as we took place at our tables he served us with fresh percolated coffee. During the breakfast while peter cooked tirelessly in the kitchen, Michael made sure that we had plenty of juice, coffee and toast. ( Michael was amazing.) During our stay Peter and Michael made sure that everything was perfect, but I think perfect is not a good enough word to describe my experience, I wish I could do better.
P.S. I would like to say to Peter and Michael you know how to create a fabulous experience and in all my years of stopping in hotels around the world, nobody does it better. You're Simply the best.

the owners Michael and Peter where awesome hosts. Very friendly and always happy to make your stay a very pleasurable one. From the moment we entered the Seacroft we knew we had chosen the right accommodation. Peter greeted us with a very welcoming smile and showed us to our room. On entering the room I was blown away by the size of it, it was huge and had amazing facilities. ( fridge, Very large tv, iron press, iron and ironing board hair dryer but to name just a few items ).Next morning we met Michael and immediately he made us feel at home and served us our breakfast. The breakfast was awesome. We had cereal to start with and then a full English Breakfast. Wow the breakfast was cooked perfectly no grease on the plate and everything tasted fantastic. ( It takes great skill and care to produce a breakfast of such high quality, well done guys ). To sum up our stay I would say that if you like very clean accommodation a beautiful cooked breakfast and very friendly hosts, then the Seacroft is for you.....A massive thankyou to Michael and peter, give yourselves a pat on the back.

Just returned home from a weekend in Blackpool to celebrate a friends birthday, stayed in the seacroft guest house, what can I say about my stay but absolutely amazing Peter and Michael very welcoming and friendly, rooms very large and comfortable and absolutely spotless can not fault the room every thing you need for a perfect stay
The rooms had a large shower/ bathroom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and for if you get caught out and umbrella hanging in the wardrobe, fridge fresh bottled water and plenty of tea and coffee. Nothing to much trouble at breakfast and they offer a good variety I would return just for the excellent cooked breakfast. Highly recommend if you are thinking about a stay in Blackpool, short walk away from the front and couple of minutes walk from Blackpool north train station.

We booked this B&B based on the reviews and location and I can only say it by far surpassed our expectations. Rooms were large and well equipped, very comfortable beds and pillows and soundproofing between the rooms and stairwsys excellent. I can only describe the B&B as spotless. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and good quality produce and nothing too much trouble. I woukd highly reccomend the Seacroft.

We've just arrived home after a 2 night stay at the seacroft, no complaints from us, nice cosy room, great breakfast and lovely friendly host.
Walking distance to all the main attractions, parking was £10 for 48 hours just around the corner.
Loved the little extra touches in the room with the bottled water and Blackpool rock (that's gone down a treat with the our children).
Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome, we will be back again in the future. Mr and Mrs Harvey
