The atmosphere is lauded for being welcoming and peaceful, thanks to a diligent team and spotless rooms. While the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms receive high marks, some visitors suggest updates and air conditioning could enhance sleep quality. Enjoyed our stay here, had a slight problem with the electrics cutting out but it was rectified quickly. Would stay again, very friendly staff and good value for money. Ate at the restaurant next door, the only downfall was that we couldn’t book the children into the play area as it was full, but otherwise enjoyed it

Hotel's Favorite
This fantastic hotel has two huge strengths: Its location and its quite exceptional, friendly and welcoming staff team. The team first: Upon arrival at our latest stay (fourth here in little over a year) we happened to casually mention that we were celebrating a wedding anniversary. On the day, when we returned to our room from an excursion, we were absolutely amazed to find a bottle of Prosecco (with two glasses), a box of chocolates and a home-made greeting card signed by as many staff as possible. Our room had even been decorated with purple streamers! This care really, really made our day! Now for location: Don't be put off by the hotel's name! No scheduled planes use this very small airport. We understand that small craft do along with the occasional helicopter. We neither saw nor heard anything all week. At only 2.7 miles from Junction 4 of the M55 and a short walk from Starr Gate tram terminus, this hotel is very, very conveniently situated. There is even a Lidyl's store next door! The car park is free and Premier Inn's usual fast, free wi-fi works beautifully.

Perfect nights stay just outside the huddle and bustle of the sea front. Only 10mins drive to tower and also very accessible by trams, buses and taxis. Hotel was lovely, perfect for couples or family’s. Had the best night sleep and a Lidl next door just in case you forget anything

This hotel and the attached restaurant required complete refurbishment. We use Premier Inn a lot and this is probably the most down-at-heel we have been to. At 1500 we were met at the entrance with an overflowing rubbish bin. It was even worse at 2200. In reception, the corridors and our room there was a distinct stuffy smell. We couldn't decide if the whole hotel needed decorated, cleaning or just windows opening to let fresh air in. There was a layer of dust in the bath. There were stains on the hand towel which we hope were from hair dye and not blood. There was no Earl Grey tea in the hotel or restaurant. The hotel staff were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was dingy and also had the musty smell. Some of the seating was ripped. There was no fresh fruit salad available. The only coffee was instant. Staff did their job but were not particularly pleasant for some reason - most unusual for Premier Inn! The full English breakfast was lovely.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating with check in and leaving a very kind treat for our kids which made there day. The pub next door did an offer for kids eat free and two adult meals for £15 which was amazing value and was so glad the staff made us aware.

We needed a hotel for the night for a nearby conference that had nice rooms, comfy beds and free safe parking. Premier Inn ticks these boxes. The staff on arrival were friendly and efficient. The room felt safe, was warm and had the facilities we needed, could have done with a few basic toiletries. The area is fairly quiet, easy access on public transport to the main town centre. The only downside to our stay was not really the fault of the hotel but we arrived just before nine, target arrival was an hour and a half earlier but an accident on the motorway ahead, meant we sat in stationary traffic for an hour. On arrival, a little stessed and tired, we discovered that the food outlet on site, The Air Balloon, stops all food at nine with no flexibility for unavoidable late arrival.Searching for a decent sit down food venue within easy distance when even the local pub is not serving was a little stressful after our journey when all we wanted was a quick bite and bed. this aside, our stay was decent and comfortable and we wouldn't hestitate to use this Blackpool Airport Premier Inn again.

We have just returned from a great weekend away at the Premier Inn Blackpool Airport and had a fantastic time. Would like to thank Carly on reception for making us so welcome. And a big thanks to all the hard working house keeping team . Will definitely be returning again . And we especially enjoyed the hospitality next door at The air balloon pub . Can recommend the breakfast menu which is great value for money. We ate in the pub one evening. They have really good deals on offer all week . So head over there for great value

Very cheerful welcome, easy to find and plenty of free parking . Had a room on top floor facing the airport , and was incredibly quiet. Ten mins walk to seafront and tram stop, and very close to M55 Motorway. An enjoyable stay and would recommend

Currently staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly and the receptionist named Carly was really friendly and helpful. Since she is from this region she gave me some real pointers on tourist attractions and hidden ones to go see. Furthermore, the room looks real nice and is really clean. the overall feel of the hotel is welcoming. Would definitely book again.
