I only stayed for short time but the owner and his son really looked me after after I had an accident in the Jungle...the room and facilities were excellent.. Everything at the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Their shuttle to the pier for the ferry ride back to Pattaya was very convenient.

Strange hotel never felt too welcome as everything seemed difficult. 500 baht deposit needed in cash and they could not change from 1,000. No food during the day only breakfast and that requires a full covid hazmat suit enforced on you yet those seated near not needed. Too far from beach or any facilities. Room was fair but service in general at a snail pace.

Love here since I made reservation, staff was friendly and welcome. It was easy to be at hotel , it was shuttle service from pier to hotel. You can rent motorbike from shop opposite hotel 300 THB/day included gasoline. Breakfast was great and valuable combined thai and some western. Room was clean and inspected in time. There are many spot for taking pictures especially night time was so stunning. We love it and thank you team for good experience.

Stayed in Ko-Lan for a film shoot for just 1 night. Just about the most expensive hotel on the island so for the price I expected a bit more from them. The positive part of the experience is the hotel is in a quiet part of the island and the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The have shuttles to the ferry and the beaches. The beaches are not a far walk nor is the ferry. The real issue I had and the reason I won't stay there again is that I came back to my hotel at 11pm and soon went to bed. I was woken up at 2am by what I assume was a drunk male hotel staff entering my room. I assume this because he was wearing the same floral shirt they all wear. Startled and completely pitch black I asked into the darkness who are you? He starts repeatedly saying "I am sorry"....and "I like you". I repeatedly tell him to leave my room. He then starts to come closer to me saying I'm so sorry over and over again and I start to get more aggressive about my demand for him to leave. He keeps repeating that he really likes me. After several minutes of this confrontation in the pitch black hotel room with the only light coming from his cellphone and mine. I get really mad and start shouting for Jim to leave....he finally does. What a horrifying experience that I never want to have again. I blame myself for failing to lock the door which I assumed incorrectly that it would be locked from the outside automatically....I'm a fit male and was not initially threatened mostly because I was dazed and confused being woken from a deep sleep at 2am but had I been a female I would have been scared out of my mind. This hotel needs to get it together and tighten it's security. Front doors open to the public all night with no staff. Anyone could just come on in. Bottom line I payed a lot of money by Thai standards and got the equivalent of a very cheap motel. Not that I was going to come back in the first place but this experience sealed the deal.

My friend and I only stayed on Koh Larn for one night, but this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was an expensive, but short ride from the main pier. We were unable to be dropped off in front of the hotel and had to walk a bit to get there, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff was friendly and we were quickly checked in and were able to get into our room a few hours early. They offer a decent free breakfast. The room is small, but cute. There is a small balcony for you to sit on with a nice view. Will stay here again if I go to Koh Larn. They also offer free shuttle back to the pier.

The biggest problem of this resort are the bathrooms.. as you can see from my photo, it was impossible to wash hands.. i have never really seen something like that!! plus, everytime u make a shower, you make all the (small) bathroom wet. moreover, the rooms are loudy (probably cuz the walls are really thin. plus: breakfast with a big choice (even if most are vegetables), transport with little bus available for free

1. Arrive around 1430; we had informed the hotel we would be arriving from Pattaya soon; upon arrival the rooms were not ready and it did not seem as rooms were previously assigned as they had us to choose our room (one ok part). But we had Checked-in before the ray of the guests yet they were given their rooms before us and were we told to wait at least 30 minutes. We needed 3 rooms and it was now already 1500 we wanted to at least see the beach for a few hours which they could not think about the guest wanting to go out and enjoy the holiday and not wait all afternoon for a room. I understand there may be Limited cleaning stuff and may take some more time to prepare all the rooms but this is something they should plan for. 2. The front desk after serving everyone and while we were still waiting just played on their phones. They saw that they had six displeased guests but did not take any extra effort to try to come up with a solution for us they just sat there and played under personal phone playing a game and chatting with their friends. If they were trained front desk staff they would have at least made sure we had one room to put all of our belongings into so we can refresh ourselves quickly then we can go enjoy our holiday instead of staying in the lobby to wait for rooms to be prepared. 3. The rooms are OK nothing fancy no-frills so they're at least decent. The rooms do you have a small balcony unfortunately due to the housing around the area. 4. Safety and security is not that good here right next to the stairs is a large open entrance also The rooms on the lower floor or straight in alignment with this entrance, behind that is the yard area which is easily accessible from two small rooms around the yard. also the sliding doors at the balcony do not change the lock very well it could easily be accessed by a person and jimmy the door open easily and get into the room; we did not even open our door and when we came back to the room a few hours later I had found that the cleaning staff did not ensure that it was locked after their services. At night the downstairs lobby only had a sign that says help call this number. There is no staff or security in the downstairs lobby to make sure the cats are secure the front door stays unlocked and you have the large unsecured entrance that I mentioned earlier. Any hotel which computers and I do not expect to have Secret Service style security but they should at least especially on a small island like this places are known to have to and other incidents. 5. There also seems to be a limited supply of hot and cold drinks of various types especially coffee even though they have a drink shop in the lobby with a full menu but when you asked the stuff they just tell you they do not have. 6. The one positive about this hotel is there transportation which might also be from many other hotels in the area that they have a car and operates I think they said from 8 AM until 8 PM I'll take you anywhere on the island at no cost and then you call the hotel and the car will come and pick you up at no cost. 7. Hotel is also within walking distance to the main pier and also the only 7-11 which is the only place you can find an ATM as many places will not take plastic card here.

Stayed at this hotel in March 2017 as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived in Pattaya at 7 pm and missed all boats, please keep in mind that local police do not allow boats to go to Ko Larn at dark, we did not know this and had to stay overnight in Pattaya. Next morning we rented a speed boat for 2,500 bhat to Ko Larn which was pricy. Use ferry boat for 30 bhat, there is space for your luggage, a bit crowded but cheap and it only takes 30-40 min to reach Ko Larn. On the way back we returned by ferry boat. We bought a local sim card to call hotel but our call didnt go through and we had to walk to hotel for 15-20 min, thats why its better to make reservation of hotel taxi in advance if you know time or ask for help at the shop where you buy sim card. Hotel facility is clean and well maintained, located in a very quiet area. Our room on the first floor was big enough for 4 of us with wide and cosy beds, tv with local channels only, very good wifi and with high humidity inside the room. All the rooms are mainly furnished the same except rooms on the second floor which have a table with 2 chairs and balcony but smaller sleeping area. Bathroom is tiny with an uncomfortable washbasin and shower very close to toilet, no shower curtains thats why floor was always wet after showering (((. There is no hair dryer, bring your own its a must have thing here. Breakfast was good with fried eggs, sausages, ham, fresh vegetables, tea coffee, there is no food for babies, better bring your own cereal, baby food. Hotel taxi is available up until 8 pm, it can take you to/from Tawaen beach and Na Baan pier for free, from Na Baan temple you may take tuk tuk to Samae, Tien, Nual beach for 20 bhat. You walk straight from 7/11 to reach temple, station for tuk tuks. You can have lunch and dinner in the hotel, prices are ok or take taxi to Na Baan and try local food at the restaurants there, we liked food at one restaurant in the corner of the main street and tried fried fish at the sitting on pier.
