A two story B&B, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, delicious breakfast prepared fresh each day by the owner, lounge and dining area downstairs, spacious garden complete with a cupola , a library +-->located at the end of the main street so easy access to the 'action' without being in the noise/ center.

This was my sixth year. I plan for many more. Just staying with Lynn is a vacation "in itself"! Two bedrooms share one huge bathroom with a huge shower. If you look at a map you might think: Oh, No! It is on Queen Street. The two bedrooms hear no street noise. They are in the back of the house. Wraparound porch. Two friendly cats, which will leave you alone-if you wish. Lynn's breakfasts are delicious and there is an abundance of food which starts with a fresh fruit salad and homemade breads or muffins. The sitting room has a huge TV.

We loved our stay at the Doctor's House. Lynn made as feel welcome, breakfasts were amazing, cats are very cute, house was sparkling clean and the location is just perfect! It's close to everything, yet quiet. Can't wait to go back!

Very well located Bed'n'Breakfast. The room was quiet even though it's by the road. The house is huge and the big bathroom has a very fancy shower! We were lucky because no one had booked the other room so we had all the upper floor for us. There's also a nice TV room with a big couch where you can relax. We have been totally satisfied with Lynn's breakfast. She cooked a warm dish in addition to home-made yummy muffins and scones. The first day, we had some frittata with tomatoes, onions, feta and the second one, delicious potatoes and eggs with a nice twist of sugary onions. On the top of that, you can enjoy a nice bowl of fresh fruits, toasts and beverages. We also chose this place because we knew there were two cats over and it was worth it! One of them is still young and very playful. That was a lot of fun to have him around. Lynn also gave us good tips for wineries to visit and restaurants to eat at. She has been a great guide! We would definitely recommend this place.

I have stayed here a number of times and it has always been excellent. There are no private baths but sharing with one other room isn't a hardship (place is over 100 years old after all). Our hostess, Lynn is very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are wonderful. It's also meticulously clean. The cats are great fun too. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is not allergic to cats.

Visited Niagara on the Lake during a weekend in October, stayed at The Doctor's House. Absolutely perfect B & B. The owner, Lynn, was lovely! She made delicious breakfasts too. Will definitely be coming back to the area and staying there if it's available.

Lynn and Kevan were incredibly friendly and welcoming - as were their 2 fluffy cats! Right in the main village of Niagara-on-the-Lake, you can literally see the restaurants that we ate at from our window. We'll definitely be returning, especially for Lynn's amazing breakfast!

Everything was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the innkeeper was lovely. Only reason for the four is that there is a shared bathroom with a second room. The location enabled us to be able to walk to shops, the theater, and wonderful restaurants.

Cannot stay away from this B&B! Always our home above the border! Lynn & Kevan are best hosts ever. 20 min from Niagara falls & convenient to everything. Highly recommend staying here! Best front porch in the entire strip! Our 5th stay at this location.

We picked the perfect place for our first trip to the Niagara Falls area. The inn, whichnis home to the innkeepers, is located steps from restaurants and shops on Queen Street. A short walk to Fort George. Just a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls. The historical home is completely updated, incredibly clean and cozy. Lynn and Kevin were friendly, helpful and gracious. The best part though, are the beautiful cats. Little Frankie is now the screensaver on my phone. It is a B&B, not a fully staffed hotel. The reviewer that gave up after not receiving a call back right away should have kept trying!
