Our second stay and love it. It is so so quiet and smack in the middle of downtown. Staff are all so friendly and accomodating. Rooms are large, modern, comfy and clean. Bathrooms are large with nice flowing showers. Lots of lighting if you want it and not dark and dingy like other places. Bathrooms have easy access of toilet and shower for our handicapped family member who uses a walker indoors. We bring our own plastic shower chair to place in the shower. Outdoors we utilize a wheelchair and the sidewalk access to all of the shopping and resteraunts around Park Place Inn means no loading and unloading wheelchairs and handicapped members into a car and driving/parking around a busy town. We will stay again for sure. Thanks

Park Place is situated on a busy street with limited opportunity to stop outside. Reception is on the first floor and no assistance is available with unloading luggage. Having established that limited, underground parking is available via a grubby service road at the rear I found the ceiling height of it both too low to stand up or fully open the tailgate of the car. Once in, the property stank of stale curry. No kettle, cups or glasses were in the room. One sidelight was broken. One table lamp had no bulb. Park Place is not a hotel; it offers serviced rooms and does not do that very well

The room was first of all- Immaculate! It was spacious, inviting, beautiful and luxurious! We enjoyed a sitting area which also gave us a view of the strip in Jasper. Nice that there was a refrigerator, table, wine glasses and you didn’t hear guests from other rooms. The only negative comment is that in my opinion, there should have been an elevator that went down to the parking area rather than carrying the luggage up a flight of stairs.

Great place to stay while in Jasper, close to so many restaurants. There is also a secure car park for your car, right in the downtown area, no extra charge! The hotel staff, especially Tony, were awesome. Tony went out of his way to make our stay comfortable- thank you. Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but spotless and comfortable. Would recommend.

Centrally located hotel in Jasper with free parking and drop-off area. We stayed in suite A which was spacious with large bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Traditionally decorated but clean and well-maintained. However the room was dark and not well ventilated plus the bedding needs to be modernised. Reception staff were helpful when we were disturbed by noise late at night. We were pleased with our stay but there was a general lack of warmth and hospitality.

I don’t normally write negative reviews but couldn’t not, especially noting that this business keeps deleting their negative reviews on google (not sure how). We booked multiple rooms in this hotel back in February for our one night stay in Jasper on Sunday, August 13th, keeping in mind how busy Jasper gets in August. After checking in, my aunt found bed bugs in one of the rooms. We asked the front desk manager to take a look. He came into the room, simply flicked it and left the room saying it’s not his problem and we are just making things up. When I went to show him a picture of the bed bug, he covered his ears saying he doesn’t want to hear anything. He proceeded back to the front desk and called the owner. The owner started yelling, swearing, and repeatedly telling us to get the f*** off the hotel property. We were with kids and seniors - the kids started crying. Instead of resolving the issue at hand, he kicked us out of the hotel at midnight. To top it off, he called the rcmp who said this was not something they deal with but after hearing both sides told us that we were wronged and they will ensure we don’t get charged. We were left with looking for hotels with vacancies in Jasper in the middle of the night with kids and seniors in night suits. Our issue wasn’t finding bed bugs in one of the rooms, but the harassment, rude and indecent behaviour displayed by the owner and front desk manager. We have travelled to many different places, this is by far the worst, most horrific experience we have ever had. Ruined our trip. Definitely not worth it.

The location is fantastic in the middle of Jasper and ideal for walking to all restaurants and for our booked activities, such as white water rafting. The hotel was a little hard to find as it was on one of the main roads, but there is a useful parking lot behind the hotel once we found it. Staff were nice throughout and the room was a good size and we had some of our best night’s sleeps in the beds which were very comfy! There are no other amenities in the hotel and rooms are a little dated but very clean and I would definitely recommend this as a good option for anyone staying in Jasper.

Beyond horrible customer service. When we found bed bugs in our bed the management tried gaslighting us and then continued to verbally abuse my family and I, in front of our kids. They then proceeded to kick us out of the motel at 11pm instead of offering to fumigate the place or offer another room. There are MUCH better accommodations in Jasper- also deleting our reviews

Very poor customer service - when any issue with the room was raised, the owner was extremely rude and defensive. Long story short, we found a bed bug in the room and the owner claimed it was a fly and flicked it away later claiming we planted the bed bug in the hotel… crazy guy
