Staying in the Privi Suites for a vacation was so ideal and great. Rooms are quite elegant, lobby ambiance was so welcoming. Provided the Hotel Staffs were so helpful and Guest-Friendly. That night when we checked-in with my 3 friends,June was so accommodating and gave us a great deal "HASSLE-FREE" for tired travelers like us. I stayed in standard room with jacuzzi "not working". I told June about it,and he said properly with clarifications."Sir, i am so sorry for the inconvenience. I already told the management about this thing. Anyways Sir, i will just sort this by giving you a discount. Regardless the fact that you didn't have any access with the Jacuzzi for 3 days. And if possible Sir, you can also talk to the Hotel Manager". However, I told June already that we're also

Good receptionist service , we stayed in privi suites for just two nights with my friends last week. When im about to step - out in the lift, i was so surprised with the loud scream i've heard and when i saw what is going on, Oh my god a good staff was scolded by the manager to the extreme She made BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! to the staff. I was so sorry for the staff, because i think the manager dont have the right to shout to her/his staff in front of the crowd. I pity to say that it seems she don't have Manners.....

Stayed there for only one night in May 2013. Well this hotel is in a good location in Pattaya very close to the beach, and main shopping centers. I do like the location closer to Central Pattaya (the city is divided into South, Central and North) and the price was very reasonable. I paid 1200 baht for the cheapest room. The lobby had a sort of classic European feel, was clean and had plenty of sunlight. Well the elevator and hallways were a step down, feeling more like an 20 year old motel, and I felt relief when I stepped into my room which was clean, new, and well decorated. There was plenty of space and even a bathtub inside (rare in asia). There are details that Privi needs to work on. For one, the wifi was weak. Another is that my air conditioning unit leaked in the middle

Pros: - good location if Pattaya is your thing - close to walking street and the beach - Decent looking lobby. - Reasonably nice front-desk staff. Everything else is a disaster waiting to happen: - all rooms are smoking despite being advertised as non-smoking - wireless doesn't work in any of the rooms I was given - the hotel is NOT guest friendly and charges 150 BHT for any additional guests (e.g., if you booked the room for 2 but you are by yourself, you can have at most one single/same guest for the duration of your stay for free, any additional guest is 150 BHT) - in-room seif is too small for anything useful, including a 13" laptop - beds are WAY too soft to sleep well in - the entire hotel smells like a toilet sometimes in the morning - breakfast is quite bad and you

This is the hotel from hell. Nice looking lobby, but everything else pretty much worn out. We walked in and got two rooms, one cheapest, and one more expensive since they had no more cheap ones. The more expensive one had some sort of generator outside which kicked in every 15 minutes. Sleep was impossible. The other room was well worn. 20 years ago it was probably very nice. Now there was visible wear everywhere. Bathroom was a glassed in area, with openings on top and bottom. Privacy impossible. To top it the door could not be locked, and wouldn't stay shut. Over the mirror the lamp was hanging down 30cm and not working. I complained on the first day, but after 4 days it was still hanging. The door I had to fix myself. Cockroaches were lying dead on the floor. The thing

This is NOT a luxurious hotel as advertised. The rooms are large but with the weirdest furniture that's falling apart the only modern is the TV 2 english channels-after the lobby the place falls apart the lift is filthy hasn't been cleaned forever-sewerage smells through corridors-guests russian, indian, arabic are up all nite entertaining-no sleep for anyone. It has door bells on rooms? at the highest decibels that you hear go all night long in tiled corridors (bad decision) CHECK OUT is 10am unheard of in Thaialand-they charge 500baht to stay till 4pm. Hot water is non existent . Bathrooms are just glassed in so watching your partner or friend is the go here not to mention the smell. This joint is worth no more than $20 a nite. I'm sure whoever designed it must have been on
