What travelers are saying
- Allie C3 contributionsI recently visited the Langtry Farms Winery and it was an incredible experience. The tasting room was cozy and inviting, and the outside area to sit under the wisteria and vines to look over the rolling hills of the property was spectacular. They had a calendar with a variety of different events that I definitely look forward to attending. Well worth the drive to go to and impressive in every aspect. The petite sirah and Bordeaux blend are must tries.Written March 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TanaLakeport, CA7 contributionsVery informative. My step uncle used to work there and had always said it was pretty cool. So opportunity came up for a tour and we jumped at the chance!Written May 31, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Daniel C5 contributionsSuch a nice ambience, the pools are great and most of all clean, i really enjoy the scenery and food is good too. Accommodations are just right either in your vehicle or in one of there many options to choose from, I enjoy the Dome room, for extra access and tranquility in the poolsWritten March 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Powerful_KatrinkaMountain View, HI49 contributionsWe visited during the week and made an appointment a few days ahead of time as they are only open for drop ins Friday to Sunday. Martin, the winemaker, was entertaining and a good host. The wines are organic and we especially liked the Zin and the Cab. There are several picnic tables and a fire pit just outside the tasting room, and it seems like a cool place for an outdoor party. There's a donkey in a pen on the edge of the picnic area that loved the carrots we fed him/her. Bonus that we couldn't take advantage of: the donkey's for sale.Written July 24, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TitaniumhenWoodland, CA165 contributionsThe best thing about this casino is that it is a no smoking allowed casino!
There are some nice slots, and a few card tables. The restaurant is good, the cafe is good.
They are still enforcing the COVID mask requirements, which is good, However, they have mask Nazis running around. I was taking a drink of my beverage, and before I could finish swallowing, one of them told me to pull my mask up over my nose. I looked at this young lady, and then waited until I swallowed my drink, then pulled my mask up. I told her, that I was still drinking and I will keep my mask up, but please let me finish swallowing before you jump down my throat!
The hotel rooms are average, nice but just average. The bathrooms are roomy.
I like to sleep with the windows open at night, but since this casino is right against highway 29, there is 24 hour noise from all of the cars and trucks gong by.
Overall I like this casino and hotel and will continue to come back.Written April 20, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The full redwood bean ceilings, the tile floor and a beautiful fireplace compliment the interior. Many exhibits including geology of the area, a walk through time, mining, Pomo Indians, Lillie Langtry and so many more. The Newman fence outlines the exterior of the beautifully landscaped yard.Written March 7, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
