We walked the whole length of the Falls. From point 1 to 12, over 7km. Beautiful & majestic. It was special for us because the falls were in full flood. You cannot go to Victoria Falls and not do it.

This bridge built in 1904 is worth a visit. It is 128m high with a great view. The bungee jump is 111m . Remember to get your gate pass from the border officials.

I can't really expand on the other raving reviews, but this was the highlight of our 3 week trip to Africa. To be able to spend an afternoon with these wonderful animals is beyond magical for the entire family. The kids were able to get behind their ears and rub the ears and bodies, hug their trunks, walk with them as they fed, and then feed them treats. It is truly remarkable what they can do with their trunks, even suck up the food and blow it into their mouths. It is a reserve for abused animals that are given the a secure place to spend the night but free in the day. Eventually they stop coming back to the safe spot and are soft released to the large sanctuary. There was some confusion about getting the video but when I wrote they immediately got me the photos and video of the family - it has been shared with a great many very jealous friends.

Definitely worth a visit - the guide was so knowledgeable about the snakes. We didn't hold any because that was a step too far for us.

Several shops, some very good quality and price to match, others more average. Go take a stroll and see for yourself, and then decide at the end what to buy- if any. It also has an antique store and a good art gallery.

We did several parks/reserves in Southern Africa over our month long holiday. This gave us the greatest variety of sightings including lions and cubs with a fresh kill, a leopard, genet and other rare animals along with all the usual culprits…. Many giraffes and antelopes of various species, baboons, hippos, crocodiles etc, etc. We did two night drives including dinner in the bush. We had only intended to do one but as we enjoyed it so much we rebooked. The dinner in the bush is great hearing elephants, lions, etc around you and the quality of the food and wine is excellent. You also stop for snacks and sundowners overlooking a lake which is a delightful stop. Having read so many forum posts over the years saying don’t bother seeing wildlife here, we definitely have to disagree. It was fabulous. The rangers have many years experience and are determined that you should see everything and going off track is routine to get as close as is safe to predators. Wouldn’t hesitate to do again.

Where do I start ..... I started dealing with Chloe from "Off 2 Africa" back in 2019. We were going to be going back to Africa in 2020 and I was wanting quiet a detailed trip. Many, many emails back and forth were exchanged, when we finally settled on what was going to be a pretty extensive holiday. We were going to go to Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nairobi, Samburu, Masi Mara, Lake Nakuru & the Amboseli, we had paid our deposits and were super excited to go ........ Then in early 2020, Corona struck. Once again multiple emails were swapped back & forth to each other about, cancelling, getting deposits back, keeping a credit, etc. Loads and loads of paperwork & emails for poor Chloe. She genuinely tried he best to recoupe what she could for us.
The true core of a company and their workers really come to the fore when something like the pandemic hits. Chloe was truely wonderful. Needless to say once we were able to travel in 2022, I got back in touch with Chloe, and we started the process all over again. After many, many emails we finally managed to get back to Africa in 2023. We had the pleasure of meeting Chloe when we were in Zimbabwe, and what a lovely lady she was.
I would highly recommend using "Off 2 Africa". They were super professional, amazing to deal with through the difficult and stressful times. Chloe has to be without a doubt the Jewel in the Crown that is "Off 2 Africa"

I had an afternoon visit, from 4 till about 6.30, just after sunset. It was not the best time of year, being around teh end of the rainy season meant there were other waterholes - apparently in the dry season this is one of teh few with water (it is pumped), so attracts a lot more wildlife. Nevertheless I had a close up view of warthogs, impala, kudu, several different types of stork, guinea fowl, egret, a kingfisher, and other birds too numerous to remember, Also a crocodile came out of the warpter just 20 feet away. A guide /tracker sat with me, knowledgeable about all the animals and birds, spotting things instantly and pointing them out . I had wondered if a couple of hours would be too long with just me and him, given the relative paucity of animals, but it wasn’t - scarcely a couple of minutes would pass before he pointed out something else.
