Dear Dillon022, Thank-you for taking the time to review Frankston Visitor Information Centre. There have been a few changes to parking in the area recently. We have taken your feedback into consideration by ensuring both junior and senior staff are trained more extensively on these changes. Best Regards Nicole.

This is a great p,ace to start a visit to the Mornington Oeninsula or get into for a holiday anywhere in Victoria or Australia. Love the location by the beach and right next to a playground if you are looking for a place for the kids to play whilst you pickup info on the area.

The Information Centre is located on the Frankston Waterfront; This place has won awards for its design. You can not only get information here but walk around the area and discover more about Frankston.
There is plenty to see in the Frankston area and the staff will guide you about where to go for a walk, bike tracks, to see the flora and fauna and so on.
There are quite a few events held in the area for families foodies, wine lovers and sporting events. Ask at the Info Centre when they are on.
There are toilets here, wheelchair friendly plus free wifi.

We found the staff to be very helpful and offered some great suggestions. A great place to visit if you're new to the area or if you have interstate/international visitors.

taking a walk along the beach in Frankston I stopped at the Visiter Centre.
The centre has plenty of printed information on the town, area and Melbourne.
A well stocked and interesting gift shop is part of the centre. If like me you know
very little about the area and where to go, its worth a visit. The staff where very
friendly and the lady that helped me was very kindly.

lots of stuff good information and subject wee covered. a little too much focus on Frankston as the gate way to the peninsula,to the effect that you cannot buy a Frankston keyring but there are a half dozen peninsula ones for sale.

I believe it is a must that the Frankston souvenir line needs expanding.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for visiting the Centre and taking the time to leave a review. Frankston is officially part of the Mornington Peninsula tourism region and is promoted as such. We have a range of MP and Frankston merchandise. Sorry you couldn't find the Frankston keyrings, appears we need to move them to a more prominent position if you missed them. Next time you're in we'll point out the range of pins, lens cloths and magnets etc. We're always open to other souvenir suggestions as we love people sharing their love of Frankston.
