The Celtic crew accommodated us, at short notice, in the wake of storm Dennis plus Neptune appeared a bit cross as the swell was massive. Our party ranged from 13 years to 53, Cleo and her team were brilliant, their knowledge of the coast was amazing delivering a safe yet exhilarating experience. The location of the infamous Blue Lagoon made for calmer water athough the adrenaline ride was far from over with the intoduction of the high jumps, not to be missed ! Go for it !!

We had a real blast, Cleo and Mason could see that we were up for an adventure so our two family party of 8 got stuck into everything they could throw at us. The equipment was excellent, their instruction and encouragement spot on and the whole experience was completely exhilarating for everyone. They obviously tailor each trip to the group and sea conditions they have in front of them so I can't recommend highly enough. The huge number of photos and videos for only £10 at the end was a fabulous bonus and brings the smiles back to our faces.

What a fantastic day. We had Cleo and Tessa guiding us around the rocks and pools and waves and jumps around the absolutely stunning Blue Lagoon.
They made it challenging but catered for different levels of ability and confidence, giving just the right amount of support and encouragement throughout.
Two 50 odd year olds and a 19 year old student couldn't have enjoyed it more
Cannot recommend it enough.

Had a great session at Abereiddy with Gaz and Erin - they made sure we were happy with the pace and there was no pressure to do the cliff jumps although there was lots of encouragement. A fun activity for the whole family. Expect to spend quite a bit of time in the water and lots of jumps. They offer you gloves as part of the kit, definitely recommend these to save your hands from the barnacles. We paid £10 extra for photos, worth every penny and they were emailed over later the same day. Thanks guys!

This was the best coasteering trip that I have ever been on. The instructors were brilliant. They were really friendly and provided a perfect balance of making you feel safe, clear instruction on technique, encouragement without pressure, and fun. The route was a great mix of scrambling, swimming and jumping. The jumping locations were fantastic and well thought out to build confidence and technique which culminated with some high jumps in the famous Blue Lagoon. My kids (11 and 13) had a great time and felt confident enough to do all the jumps. We bought the photo / video package for £20 and were really pleased with the photos we got. Equipment provided was really good as well. Highly recommended.

We had a great time with Gareth, one of the Celtic Quest team. A few people had cried off our tour due to Storm Ellen rolling in, but Cleo contacted us the day before we were due to go and offered us the option to cancel. We decided to go ahead and so glad we did. There was only three of us, me, Gareth and my daughter - and we had an amazing time. The sea was a bit rough, but that just added to the fun. Great equipment, never felt the cold, never once felt unsafe , Gareth was great, had us clambering over rocks, leaping into the sea and ensured we had a great experience. Can’t recommend enough. If I can do it at 55, anyone can. Brilliant and will be back one day soon I hope! Thanks again.

Only going to repeat what others have already said, but this is exceptional coasteering.
Excellent experience along the coastline, amazing jumps and scrambles. Washing Machine was brilliant fun and this is really value for money at its best.
Excellent equipment, safe but without hindering the excitement. Would recommend to anyone, accommodating to all abilities and was nice of the Seals to stop by.
Gaz was a brilliant guide with solid confidence and knowledge of the coastline, will certainly be revisiting.

Really fun experience. We are a crazy confident 14 year old, a little more anxious 10 year old, and me (adult, never done anything like this before). We all were encouraged to get out of our comfort zone enough to feel really proud, but not pushed beyond where we were happy. Don’t need to be a swimmer at all, you’re so floaty in all the gear. The guides Tom & Jerry were funny and constantly positive, felt very safe in their hands. Excellent photos and videos provided at the end for an extra £20, downloadable the next day - the weblink works fairly well for that. One of our best holiday days - well worth the price. All the kit was provided too - while they suggest taking old trainers and shorts, we didn’t have them with us on holiday, and they had plenty of spares which was much appreciated.

This is an amazing experience that I highly recommend. I agreed to do this, as many might relate to, only because a friend roped me in. I am not a swimmer, I don't like heights and I am not particularly adventurous. After a long year I thought, what the heck, let's try something new. I went with my friend and my fiance and it was SPECTACULAR. From the moment the staff began handing out equipment, I knew it was going to be fun! They made putting on wetsuits into a bit of a comedy but they were also very careful to explain everything clearly with regards to safety measure and made sure to check everyones helmets and safety vests.
There was this really lovely progression from mini jumps to build confidence, to bigger and cooler jumps. They took wonderful videos and photos and EVERY jump was different. Our guide Jerry was literally the best ever!! He was just super funny and gave us these random poses to strike when we did the jumps which made for hilarious pictures. As I mentioned, I am not a daredevil so I was not too keen on big jumps, but that was literally not a big deal at all. Jerry made sure not to call attention to the fact that I wasn't up for jumps. He realized right away I wasn't planning on doing the biggest ones and he acknowledged it in a very gentle way. When we got to the most olympic of jumps into the Blue Lagoon he made sure to safely indicate where the others would jump and got us all in for a final group video splash and told me I could head to the beach to chill while others got their full adrenaline fill.
Totally good for all shapes, sizes, ages (within what is recommended), fear levels, swimming abilities, etc. I couldn't be more grateful to Jerry and the rest of the staff for putting on a wonderful event. Highly recommend!

As an adrenaline junkie, I particularly love doing HIGH jumps when coasteering. Celtic quest did not disappoint giving an incredible yet safe trip out jumping off high rocks. Cleo was very helpful and enthusiastic about coasteering which made the experience better overall so we could all have fun. Having done coasteering many times, this was the best for high jumps and wave play opportunity with some swell. Finishing in the blue lagoon was another highlight to really push the boundaries by hitting the famous ‘top jump’ of 10m to really show off your skills. We were a group of 6 teenagers from 11 to 17 and 1 adult; every one of us had a brilliant time. We will definitely go with Celtic quest again.

Is there anywhere for my wife to hang out nearby whilst we do the activities?
Cleopatra_CB
Haverfordwest, UK197 contributions
There's an accessible footpath leading to the Blue Lagoon. Your wife would be able to spectate some of the adventure from the path. The Blue Lagoon itself is stunning and well worth the stroll to visit. We finish up with the Lagoon jumps at the end of the session. There's also a refreshments van in the carpark from about 11am. Hot and cold snacks and drinks. Also public toilets in the carpark.
Hi! What if im on my own? Are there groups i can join?

Hey there, yes is the short answer. We are happy to welcome individuals. You'll get grouped with other folks for the adventure. Pop us an email with your preferred dates and we'll take a look at the program. ^Cleo

Do you have any options for singles. I fancy it but know my girly teenagers wouldn't want to join in. Can solos join in with other groups ?

Hi, this looks like great fun, but I don't think this is doable in the month of November, is it?
Any alternative activities to do during this month of the year please? Thanks!
