My son and his friends had an extra special time at sky zones glow in the dark night. He picked a Friday night when all ages can jump from 9-11, and the boys really had a great time!!

You want to jump around on trampolines? Come here. Anybody knows trampolines can be be dangerous, you get what you expect. Snack bar is overpriced, but we didn't come to eat. After an hour of jumping, nap time become parents time.

After seeing Sky Zone on Undercover Boss we tried it out - we meaning myself and my two adult daughters. Wish we have never gone. The place is mismanaged and poorly run and is just an accident waiting to happen.
After signing the liability waiver we were given our time stickers and our bright jump socks and were let loose. No directions, no instructions nothing. We noticed lots of teenage kids - mostly boys - standing around in Sky Zone shirts watching the jumping but not doing much else. A few times they wandered into the Open Jump area where we were to check everyone's jump times but other than that, not much.
We checked out the dodge ball area - about 20 kids from age 6 to about 30 firing playground rubber balls at each other - tell me who stands a chance in that - why were the big kids and little kids mixed ? We wear glasses so we decided to pass. Thank goodness - there was an injury in there later that day too - met them in the ER !
We finally asked about the place to one of the attendants and they said there is a dodge ball area, the foam pit, basketball and the open jump area. They told us older bigger "kids" were to use the trampolines in the back. And to please not jump from one floor trampoline to the next. There are also trampolines on an angle on the walls that you can jump from the floor to the wall and then back. That is where our mistake came in.
Let me say that there were so many kids jumping around and going across the room, jumping from one to the next we just stayed where we were on our three in the back and jumped there. But that did not stop kids from jumping across ours as we were up in the air. DANGEROUS !
My daughter ended up landing between the trampoline and the padding and we eventualy found out she suffered a complex ankle fracture. But Sky Zone employees at the time of the incident were poorly trained to assist us on this.
Let me say, that as a mother with a child screaming and crying in pain, my goal was to get her out of there and treated. I did not call for a manager but that manager should have been at my side instantly .
When she went down on the trampoline, no body assisted us in getting her off. We waved to an attendant who came out and asked us if she was hurt. Umm - yes. He just left saying he'd get some ice. He didn't offer any assistance to us on how to get her off, if they would get her off or if we do - nothing - just walked away. !
We had to carry her across the line of trampolines to the hard deck. Imagine that please - two adult females struggling with a third injured crying female stumbling across trampolines and pads to try to reach safety. Did they stop the other kids from jumping so we could get off ? NO !! We stumbled and struggled not to drop her and had to stop half way just to readjust because of the movement on the trampolines. WHERE WAS ASSISTANCE ? WHERE WAS A MANAGER ?
When we reached the hard deck and placed her down the first thing was to get her name for the accident report. Some teenage kid showed up with an Ipad to get her name and DOB for their accident reports but he offered nothing else. Another attendant offered an ice bag. We asked for a wheelchair to get her to the car and they brought that after 10 minutes. WHERE WAS THE MANAGER ?
When we wheeled her to the car, no Sky Zone employee helped us - they didn''t clear a path though all of the curious customers gauking at the crying injured girl and her upset family, they didn't even get in front of us and open the doors so we could get out. Nothing. NOTHING !
But once we lifted her out of the chair to put her in the car - they grabbed the chair and disappeared back inside. End of their dealings with us.
Sky Zone gives you pretty orange jump socks to wear and those jump socks are becoming triage flags at the emergency department. We were only 1 of a number of patients in the ER that day from the same facility. All wearing the pretty orange socks. We were told by the ER triage nurse that they get 2-3 patients per day from Sky Zone and the socks alert them that it will be an orthopedic injury.
We won't ever go back and we're encouraging everyone we know not to as well. This place is a crippling injury maker. My daughter is in a cast for 6-8 weeks and looking at ankle surgery shortly.
If you're considering it my question to you is - how lucky do you feel ?

Sadly, my four-year-old broke his leg here. He was on the long trampoline that leads to a basketball hoop. A friend finished throwing the ball, was still bouncing when he gave the ball to my son, and the compounding force of my son coming down from a small bounce, combined with the other little boy coming up from a bounce, snapped his tibia :(

I purchased a groupon for admission for 2 for an hour bounce midweek to take my son who was turning 10 and his brother. The place was hard to find, at the back of a plaza with a tiny sign. We were happy to find that there were only about 4-5 people there when we arrived around 4:15 on a Tuesday and decided to purchase another ticket for my husband to jump with the boys. We have visited an airheads indoor trampoline place in FL and the four of us bounced for almost 3 hours and had the time of our lives! Skyzone looks brand new with the equipment in good condition. There were tons of staff milling around to enforce their rules. We were made to sign a waiver and then after purchasing a ticket for my husband to jump learned that he was supposed to jump in a separate area and that our two sons couldn't even be permitted to jump together. The side by side basketball court we were told could not be used side by side, but rather 1 person on the court at one time. Dodgeball was closed and the whole time was an overall boring experience. The foam pit you can jump into has broken foam pieces everywhere which cling to your clothes. I purchased a pepsi from their snack stand and the Pepsi was warm. My son was totally bummed that this place was such a disappointment. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. We drive an hour to check it out and were very disappointed.

My 11 year old son loves this place. Has been a popular birthday venue for some of his friends so has been there quite a number of times. Always busy on the weekends.

This place is awful for birthday party. First the location is very bad. They should have placed a sign near Burlington coat factory so that the parents would know where it is. Second for verifying parents are above 18 yrs or not, the driving license should be enough document. They don't need to have parents birthday. Third there was no privacy for birthday party. The stuff weren't well trained, especially at the front desk. They don't know what does "CUSTOMER SERVICE" mean. Overall my experience is very bad. It might work for kids occasional activity. But it's not GOOD FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY.

Place is a lot of fun. They separate out the various aged children and adults. My son spent an hour playing dodgeball. Had to pry him away at end of our session.

Sky Zone is a fun place to spend time with friends and family. Good for birthday parties and big events. The food is good, but I wish there were more choices.
There are several trampoline games and instructors to help you. Games like dodge ball, basketball and free jumping are fun.
